Phone is working better than expected. I love the camera

Upgraded from an iPhone 6. Easy switch. Great features!

I would probably give it a 4.5 rating, but for the price range, It is a very nice phone. I dropped it once onto hard surface and it sustained no apparent damage. Did have a case, Casekoo, on it. Best Buy did a nice job setting it up using my old iPhone 5c

Phone is working great, just thought it was weird that I bought a brand new phone and when I went to pick it up it was un-sealed. BB employee told me not to worry and moved along. I went through the box and the charging cable was missing. Turns out the employees were using it. He un-plugged the cable from the wall, handed it to me and sent me on my way. Seems strange that they'd open a new product I pre-purchased to use components. In the middle of a pandemic. Hmmm.

battery life is not great. Otherwise it works well when it has a good charge.

I had 3 Iphone 6's with another provider. I switched over to Verizon and got 3 new iPhone SE's. The numbers were ported and all the data was moved over to the new phones. The associates we dealt with at Best Buy were knowledgeable, got us a good deal and took care of everything quickly.

I like having a more affordable phone option. We are not big techy people so would pick this option every time.

New to iphone. Switched from android. Trying to get used to the new system! It seems easy enough but still learning. It appears to be a good phone. Battery life does not last all day but also not sure what is running behind the scenes to run battery down! Will continue to learn

i prevously had an iphone 7 plus and was looking to upgrade but didnt want to get rid of touch id. this is literally the same phone but with upgraded internals so it was an instant buy. only bad thing was there wasnt a plus model so i had to get used to the smaller screen size. but now i love it

This is easy to use. I am very pleased with the phone. As far as price, it was an exceptional price. My only concern is the volume is very low. It easily synchronized to my other apple devices. Please note that the off brand cases will not fit. Buy an iphone case.

Good mid level phone with surprising speed. Just don't expect much in the way of a camera.

I LOVE my new phone!! I was looking at new older models for around 2-300 hundred, couldn't bring myself to pay hundreds of dollars for a new top of the line phone. This phone came across an email, I did a lot of research on it, and decided to buy it for the price it's a great deal.

Not too big of a phone to where it’s uncomfortable to lug around in your pockets

It serves its purpose. I went to this from the old SE. it’s a little big for my hands but I’ll get used to it. It runs well. The battery goes down a little faster than I was hoping.

This SE 2nd Gen has more storage than the original which is good for updates.

Phone if functioning well. Photos come out nicely.

See above - this iPhone is ideal for people that enjoyed the 6-8 versions

Would like to have a bigger screen. It was a good deal for the price.
