    phone seems fine but I have turned off so many features because the data it consumes and I have no idea why. Kinda miss my 8 year old flip phone. Also, have to charge battery every day vs once a week with flip.

    Poor packaging not enough bubble wrap left the phone box floating around inside the shipping box, BestBuy needs to do better QC on the shipping.
