I finally got my Wife to agree to say goodbye to her flip phone when I told her it would no longer work on the new 5G systems and that I could buy a phone for less that $1,000. This is a great phone at a great price. I was afraid my Wife would have problems adapting, but I've even learned some things from her. Highly recommend this phone!

Upgraded from my old SE iPhone . Larger screen , better camera , battery last longer . It only took minutes to purchase, activate and be out the door with a new phone . Can’t say enough about my positive experience with the Best Buy sales person . Highly recommend .

Went to AT&T first. 30to45 minutes wait know one had mask on the store was full. My granddaughter was concerned for me. Left walked around the corner noticed Best Buy walked over. In and out in 30 minutes very satisfied with the help and phone! Thank you Best Buy

I'm very Impressed with my first iPhone from Apple. Customer Service was very respectful in helping me set up my first iPhone. I was able to use my Best Buy account for purchasing the phone along with accessories needed. I'm still learning new things about this phone. Great Service!

Am still waiting to get the phone finalized with ATT. It appears faster, with sharper images, than my old one.

Thus far, l am loving my new phone. I find it fascinating and very entertaining. However, as a very senior and technologically limited user, l have problems taking advantage of many possibilities for usage offered by the phone. Are there any programs that assist senior users?

I needed to update my IPhone 6, but didn’t want a big phone. I like that the SE still has the button and fingerprint. I loved the price too. This phone is perfect for seniors (like me) who don’t like to change what they’re used to.

Really like it, much better than my old phone. Great cost for a new phone. Ordering was easy, but delivery was an issue. Would recommend just buying in-store or having it delivered to a store near you as the package arrived tampered with. Works with iPhone 8 or higher, non-plus cases.
