    Bought this because it was cheap. Did not realize how much i would hate the small screen. Good intro iphone but i replaced this after 2 months.

    Help my grandpa switch from an Samsung to this iPhone and he loves it. It's so much easier to use than his Samsung and he loves that we can FaceTime now!

    I did not know it didn’t have a plug in for headphones and it has a few issues. I have ATT and found out after I purchased it that you could buy a unlocked one for $50 less. Do your research first.

    IPhone, not surprisingly, an improvement on old Tracfone. Some conversion confusions which I cleared up with browser searches but wish there were a paper manual because I’m sure there are many features I could use that I won’t know about.

    This generation of iPhone has a very good upgrades compared to the old SE. definitely recommend. The picture quality is amazing.

    I am overall satisfied with the product, but not the customer service from the location in which I purchased the product. I had to replace the screen and I haven’t had the phone a year. Thankful for Apple Care.
