Customers are saying

Customers consistently note the iPhone SE (2nd generation) 64GB's ideal size and excellent camera quality. Positive feedback also highlights its user-friendly interface, attractive price point, and generally good battery life. While some appreciate the inclusion of a home button, the lack of a headphone jack is a recurring point of concern for a few users. The phone's performance and features are also frequently praised.

    Decent phone but....

Didn't realize it didn't have a 3.5 mm jack. That's not an option for me, since I use my phone in my home office with a wired headset. From an engineering perspective, IMHO, Apple designers missed some significant use cases while designing this product. Rather disappointed with this product.

$400 Phone With No Charger - Disappointed

Paid $400 for this phone and it does not include a charger... called AT&T and they said I would need to purchase one (another $20 at Best Buy). I've had a cell phone for 20+ years and this is the first time I have ever purchased a phone that did not include a charger, including prior iPhones. It has a USB-C to lightning connector which does not work with standard USB wall adaptors and does not plug into my current laptop. Now I have a brand new phone that is unusable (no battery life) and have to go out and purchase a charger. Apple likely saved a few pennies, and lost a customer.
