This upgrade was easy, the Best Buy team was very helpful, and make sure I understood my new phone. He helped me move my photos and explained the cloud and how to retrieve my information from there.

I was looking for an iPhone for my technologically challenged husband. I didn't want to spend a lot of money on an iPhone with all the bells and whistles for him. I just needed a simple iPhone that was reliable. From reading reviews from other customers, the iPhone SE was the best choice. The review stated the battery life was better than the newer iPhones. He has had the phone for 1 month now and I do agree that the battery life is longer than my iPhone 7.

I chose this phone because of the price ($350) and because it was the right size. I wanted a phone that would fit in my pocket. I didn’t need a large phone because I mean to use it for phoning and texting. Are use the Internet when I’m reviewing products in stores so the size is fine for that. I do not use different music so I can’t say how well iTunes works on it.

I'm not big on phones. I don't need the newest phone. I just need an up to date phone. With that said, this is the best phone for me. I don't like big phones, so it's the perfect size. I don't need the latest phone, so the technology is just right. I also bought a phone for my 12 year old son. This is his first smart phone & he is satisfied. My two favorite things about this phone are the price & the size.

I switched into the iPhone club with this phone after having a dysfunctional LG G5 for the longest time. I have an iPad for school, so it was a pretty easy switch. It picks up signal where other phones with the same provider do not, and it also keeps GPS signal well when I'm traveling to and from college. The battery life also last me all day, and that's a 7am to 12 am day college-kid day. This is a great phone!

iPhone is easy to use. Keyboard is a bit small, but it gets the job done. Storage allows for many apps to be loaded onto the phone. Good starter iPhone.

So. I owned this phone for this phone for 2 years. Loved it. Fit my hand perfect. Fit my pocket perfect. Was a tank. Just went from this to a Samsung s10. Only reason was. I bought a Fossil q founder gen 2. A month before I got this iphone5 s. And at that time I had an LG android. And my Fossil watch works better with android. Only reason I switch to Samsung.

so compact and nice, good battery life, up to date

I needed an iPhone because of an Apple app that works with my hearing aids. Did not need/want the latest and greatest. The iPhone SE was right size and has everything on it I need. Located on-line at local Best Buy and ordered. Phone was ready within an hour. The whole purchase process was painless and the people at Best Buy were very helpful and professional. Great experience.
