I did some research and talked to my daughter who suggested some phones. I did further research and found this phone on Best Buy for a very competitive price. I was able to update to a current phone with reasonable cost and find it very easy to use. This is not a complicated phone to use for us older less technical peron p

Not really an upgrade

It wouldn't do the same things my older 5S did. After 3 appointments with the Apple store and 2 phone conversations with them plus a return visit to my car dealership (I couldn't pair this phone with my new car), I decided to keep it! The last Apple representative I interacted with calibrated it and everything was fine. I'm more disillusioned with Apple for not solving the problem on my first visit.
