Customers are saying

Customers consistently note the iPhone X 64GB's excellent camera quality, expansive screen size, and smooth performance as significant strengths. Many appreciate the ease of use and the innovative Face ID feature, while some find the lack of a home button and the high price less appealing. The phone's design and battery life also receive positive feedback. However, the absence of a headphone jack is a recurring point of criticism for some users.

New operating system takes a little getting used to, but it is fantastic! I love the facial recognition, it works flawlessly and quickly. Closing apps was a bit cumbersome to start with, but now it's a breeze. The wall to wall screen is a great addition as well as wireless charging. This is the ultimate IPhone and the no interest cost from Best Buy makes it that much more affordable.

    Samsung to iPhone

Was a Samsung guy since the Galaxy s4, bough a Note 8 when it launched. I found myself tired of constant apps quitting, slow speed, and other miscellaneous errors. Decided to grab an iPhone X and I can go on and on about how impressed I am, the new iPhone X and the operating system blows Android and Samsung so far out of the water, that I decided to purchase a MacBook Pro (currently trying to sell my Lenovo Y700), personally i like my MacBook just as much as my Lenovo running Windows 10 Pro but because of how impressed I am with my three week old iPhone X I purchased an Apple Watch Series 3... wayyy better than my Samsung Gear but at a slightly high price. Pros: Smooth, Stylish, Fast, Reliable, Efficient, Jaw-Dropping Camera, works perfectly with my MacBook Pro and Apple Watch Cons: I wish they made a "Plus" version, I am a fan of the Note 8s huge screen, and although the X has less pixel density it has a much higher contrast and color which provides a better picture... would complain about the price but my Note 8 costed the same (Note 8 is overpriced)

Don't get me wrong I am happy with my iphone. It's a beautiful phone but then it needs a case as it is all glass so you never really get to appreciate it's aesthetic beauty much. My absolute favorite thing about it is that the screen is the size of a 7 plus with a body the size of a 7. So I don't need to carry around an enormous phone for the screen size. The battery life is great and the camera takes beautiful photos compared to my 7! I also very much enjoy the facial recognition. My cons, not having a button makes things more difficult, I am constantly taking accidental screenshots while trying to "wake up" my phone, also closing apps is so much work now compared to before. The facial recognition only allows it to be set up with one user which to me is a drag as me and my fiance share our phones all the time, and even though we can type in the password, it's just another step backwards. Besides the things I've mentioned I don't see any other major differences between having a 7 and an X. I ended up upgrading after my 7 crashed (which I question now after the whole apple scandal), but if you still have a working 7 or 7 plus. Keep it.

I never brought an iPhone by pre ordering it and used to wonder why people are crazy about it. After getting Apple x I know the reason. This phone is awesome. The new face recognition is a very nice feature. You don’t need to type key code just look at the screen and swipe it. You are good. The battery life is good with wireless charging. The portrait picture feature is also awesome.Happy to have a latest Apple phone.

I get a new iPhone each year. This time even though the iPhone X is in between the sizes of the 8 and 8 plus this was perfect. I need the best camera and battery so really wasn’t a fan of the larger plus phones anyways I haven’t dropped this one once. The display is amazing and newer fast charging and wireless charge are other perks. Keep in mind you will need to buy a separate lighting to usb-c cable and 29W adapter.

This phone is definitely a step up from my last (Samsung galaxy S8) and from other iPhones. I had an iPhone prior to having the Samsung. I originally switched to Samsung because I was tired of the same boring iPhone that hadn’t been redisigned in years, and I’m happy to say that the newer models are definitely different and better. The battery life is something else though, very powerful!! I use it the same amount that o used my old phone, and it lasts most of the day without a charge and heavy use. The camera is great, but takes some getting used to. The phone itself is also beautiful, I hate to put a case on it cause I like to show it off, but alas I can’t afford to break it after purchasing this with cash! The price a downfall, but I also purchased the 2 years of apple care and I’m always pleased with what their customer service is like.

The iPhone X is a mastery of design with its edge-to-edge screen, size, and screen clarity & brightness. Face ID is great and the Home button is not at all missed once you figure out the gestures. Battery life is great probably due to its OLED screen. Animotions are fun as well. Overall the iPhone X looks and feels great in your hand and I found I couldn't put it down for the first couple weeks!

Bought this phone online and picked up in store. Great experience picking up and activating phone. The new iPhone is great. Face ID works flawlessly and the new display is very impressive. I really like the larger screen in an almost iPhone 7 size. Face ID is really the best feature as I have found it to be much easier to use than touch ID. Really an impressive upgrade coming from the iPhone 7.

Pros: Face ID works well and is convenient. Full face screen is a very clean look. Resolution/Clarity/Color all beautiful. Speakers at both ends of the phone make noticeably better sound when watching video. Operating without a home button does not take long to get used to. Cons: Still photos are less impressive than expected. Do not match the photos of the Samsung Note8. Very easy to take accidental screenshots.

The phone is well built, and is quite speedy. The faceid works way better than I could have ever imagined it would. The home button being gone isn’t an issue at all. Be sure you put it in a case to be safe. As soon as apple gets the software tightened up this thing is going to take over the world.

This phone is a revelation. With such a large screen in a small body it gives you plenty of space for content and apps, in a pocketable and hand-holdable size. Great cameras, especially in low-light. Benefit of the ultra-wide screen with video is any cinematic video can now fill the screen.

Good upgrade from Iphone 7 - but is it worth it?

I upgraded from IPhone 7 to the IPhone X. I love the extra screen real estate. It no longer has the Home button so takes a little to get use to. Button and screen tasks are a little different. There are a few minor issues with apps, but may be because of iOS glitches. Performance is good. However, I personally don't think it's worth the price versus IPhone 8. Video and picture quality seems to be about the same as IPhone 7. Sometimes a little grainy in medium to low light. If you use it frequently (every few minutes to hour) and you absolutely want the latest and greatest, it may be worth it. Battery life is OK. Watching videos and listening to music seems to drain a lot faster than previous models. If you do just basic tasks, not a heavy user, and are debating on if this phone is worth it, I would say hold off until it goes on sale or wait for later version to be released. For 1200 dollars, it feels like it's lacking. Face recognition is OK, but I have security concerns there. Sometimes it doesn't recognize. It also only seems to work in upright position. Supposedly, in future models they plan to implement an on-screen fingerprint reader. I read the reason they did not do in the X model is due to price debates with parts manufacturer and they didn't want to wait to release. Overall, it's a really good upgrade or new phone if price is not a concern, but I would still recommend waiting for next version if at all possible.
