It was time for an upgrade and I was a little intimidated by the "X". After the Best Buy Tech explaining how user friendly it really was I was hooked!

Apple always out does their self with their phones. Only thing I hated was getting used to no home button but now I don’t notice it’s not there.

My girlfriend wanted to upgrade her phone also since I upgraded mine and she's been a fan of it ever since. It isn't too big for her hands or too small.

Without a doubt the best fun I’ve ever had not planning on upgrading anytime soon very content with this phone!!

Overall improvement in touchscreen. I miss some of the previous features like numeric value of battery charge but I am getting used to the new look!

No real complaints other than battery life, but that’s somewhat to be expected. Other than that I’ve had no issues!

It is truly a nice upgrade from older iPhones of course they cost more but so far worth the price just hoping it’s lasts longer than previous.

Still learning how to navigate & realize what it has to offer. haven't had it very long. I rated it good, I'm sure it's really excellent but not sure yet if it was really worth the very high price. Leaving cost out of the picture I'm sure already that it is by far the best phone ever.

The product is great; however very expansive. I had a BestBuy gift card from my credit card points to help off set the cost. I purchased it out right

I bought this as a gift for my son and to say he was excited and pleased is an understatement. Thus far is still happy one month later with his phone.

Absolutely love this phone. I recently upgraded to the 12 and I still love my x more. All around grate phone.

One of the best phones out there. It feels just right in your hands, and it's anApple product, which means works with everything else Apple.

I do like many features about this phone, however I am not sure those features take my admiration above that of my previous 7plus. Still adjusting.

Great phone, and so far I have had great coverage. Took a little time to get used to not having a home button like previous versions of iPhones.

I love Best Buy I bought this phone back in 2018 u will be surprised it’s still in new conditions and working excellent

Apple never disappoints. Great phone ... takes a minute to un-learn your home button tendency but you will be surprised how fast you adapt.

Switched from an android over to the iPhone X. Was a little apprehensive but it’s amazing and I love it. Doubt I will ever go back to android again.
