My iPhone 6 Plus died on me, so i needed an upgrade. So it was this or the 8plus. I’m the end the X had better options over the 8plus.

What can I say? It’s an Apple. Screen and resolution are amazing. Love the speakers. Much louder and clearer than previous iPhones.

Really disappointed with this. First of all this phone is $100 extra and after that Bestbuy cheated by not providing reward points citing stupid reasons. Had been buying from Best buy a lot but this is asking me to reconsider.

This was a perfect upgrade for me. I went from the 7 to this and this model was less expensive than one with less memory.

Bought this for my husband after his Android device died. Great value. And the husband hasn’t missed his Android one bit!

I have been pleased with this phone. It has functioned great. Hope it continues to perform as it has till now

I do t see what all the hype was about this phone! I hate that it doesn’t have the fingerprint if. The only reason I upgraded was the hubby told me to get this phone because my 6t was slow and was having a lot of glitches

Expensive tastes will sure be satiated by this phone. It's awesome but the face unlock is a little slow, in case it fails the first time.

I had to update my phone so I thought I would try the IPhone X. It has been great to use and I haven’t had any problems with it.

Apple consistently has great products, but the upgrades available on the iPhone X were well worth the additional pennies.

My daughter just loves the Iphones! I purchased this as a graduation gift for her and best buy makes the purchasing process so easy.

So Apple finally decided to redesign the iPhone and this is the result. I give them props for the overall look at the phone as well as finally upgrading the screen technology and adding wireless charging. However the gestures are not intuitive and face ID does not work nearly as well as they say it does unless you disable The required attention feature which makes the phone less secure. With this feature turned on it only works one in every five or six trials for me. It was a massive mistake for them to illuminate touch ID. If they were going to go all screen on the front that’s fine. But they should have put a fingerprint reader on the back of the phone like the rest of the industry. Hopefully they will rectify this in the second generation next year.

I cannot remember if I had issues with previous models, but I am noticing the battery drains much quicker than it used to.

My kid have been using it for a year now and it is working just fine. According to my kid, iPhone 8 plus is better than the X.

I’ve had the phone for about a year now, it’s solid. I get many compliment on the video quality when showing a video I took.

Best phone ever. Love everything about it. Replaced my iPhone 6 which lasted over 4 years. Expect to get the same from this one.
