First it would open apps on its own, then progressed where I lost control of my phone almost entirely. I went to BestBuy geek squad and a worker there told me this called “Ghosting” and is common problem with iPhone X. Geek squad was waist of my time and told me they would mail it to AppleCare to get it fixed and would be without a phone for two weeks. I just got another phone. Aside from this, phone screen had thumb rub on it and did not stream well when connected to the TV. I got an iPhone 11 and it is a far better phone....so far. Please do yourself a favor and do not consider the X
