Wonderful as most all apple products... would buy again

I am becoming a huge Apple Fan - far superior over Android.

I love Apple and this has been my favorite phone yet

Iphone is always counted as reliable and decent phone

it has everyithing i need in a phone. i use it 24 7

New IPhone was everything I expected! Beautiful!!!

I bought this for my in laws and they luv this phone

This iPhone version struggles to connect to wifi, struggles with cellular data and the user interface is just cumbersome. Would love to go back to my iPhone 8, but missed the 14-day return window trying to trouble shoot it. Now i Have a $1k paper weight.

only thing i don't like is the restocking fee......

My screen froze twice in the first week. Geek squad said there nothing wrong with the phone. The sound went mute. Could only speak on speaker hard reset resolved it but I don’t recommend this phone

5th iPhone I've owned and this is the first one I HATE! Repeatedly opens in landscape mode, have to close it and reopen multiple times a day! Gets hung up and freezes when trying to text more than one image, then again freezes for no reason at all! Open camera to take pic and there's just a blurry screen- again must close out and reopen, often several times! (Forget getting that spontaneous shot!) I got rid of my 6S thinking some of the occasional hiccups were due to its age-I should've kept it! Kept hoping updates would correct issues, they haven't and I see no online fixes. Did online chat w/Apple to make appt at local Apple Store and was told they currently have no iPhone appts available!!! (Looking 3 weeks out- Unbelievable.) And forget walking in to local store as they won't even talk to you without one!

Like the phone, dislike the service from Sprint. I will was with AT&T for a long time and switched to Sprint. Wish I never did. Service is spotty, even though they guaranteed it wouldn’t be.

If using google chrome the web pages seem to “freak” out and automatically scroll. The phone freezes more than any other iPhone I have ever had. But I would still rather own apple than any other brand.

I really try to return this phone but because of work I didn’t make it before the 14 day return policy I miss the home button now is either put the phone to your face of type at least a 4 numbers it sounds like something very insignificant but trust me it makes a big difference not to mention now the phone look just like any other android phone until you turn the screen on and the you’ll know is an iPhone cause of the annoying notch on the screen

good phone. although i wish they didnt get rid of fingerprint scanner. also once the phone is unlocked it should take me straight to the home screen, instead i have to press the screen again.

I moved from an iPhone 7 to the new IphoneX and I am not impressed. The iPhone 7 outperforms the X much to my dismay. I regret this purchase.

The battery doesn't seem to last as long as it should and one of the updates completely bricked my first phone. Had to use an apple care claim to replace it. Not very cool.

Paying to much for this phone a month. I hate that carriers changes to this installment plan on phones. Get a bigger screen phone.
