This iPhones are over rated. They have just as many problems if not more, then other brand phones. The phone freezes and stops operating from time to time. The only reason I bought this iPhone is because my teenage daughter likes iPhone. I think they suck, and are not as smart technically as a Samsung Galaxy that I find far superior on specs, capabilities and everything. I gave an iPhone a try once myself for a week, because I gave up and went back to a Galaxy (Android) phone.

Works well. Learning curve from old, old phone. Common sense should dictate some programs but that doesn't seem to be within Apple's design team's capability.

I thought this was going to be the best iPhone yet but I was wrong... I found out it was just a 10th anniversary edition not a newer edition to the 8

Got this iPhone for my daughter. She loves it, but calls between her and the rest of us who have androids fade in and out. I'm not impressed.

I expected more for being a apple product. Battery dies quick and always have lousy reception

before I can use may verizon prepaid and I change it to att and now I want to use verizon in this phone but the phone dont accept the prepaid

Loved it in the beginning but, it got dirty easily by color change and it wasn’t that good quality

this phone is not an improvement.I liked my iPhone 6 better the home button was better but the class cracked and the battery was going.

I'll go back to Samsung, anything is better than this

I loved my iPhone x when I first got it until recently my husband bought the s9 plus! I am so jealous it is the superior phone!

It functions but way overpriced with verry few options for storage and upgrades.

I bought unlock i-phone X.. but when I try to use it with different company then they say it’s not unlocked ..I have to request them to unlock my phone...but there is no link I can find where can I go and unlock my phone...I pay too much but I do not get right product..

Bought the I phone ten and not worth the money I paid for apple is way to pricey

Completely reminds me of a Samsung S8 - good if you like new technology but different than the iPhone 7

The phone is ok. I guess I don’t use all the features so I’m not seeing what all the hype is about

Still needs some things tweaked. Have problems getting on internet at times. Stevens get stuck.

It’s an IPhone - Yeah! It freezes, needed the speaker replaced within 8 months, & sound quality still is iffy - boo. Didn’t think I’d ever consider androids again, but... Expensive piece of frustration. Very much wish this could be a positive review as I loved my other IPhones. Maybe next lease will be better.

The battery on iPhone X is not great. It drains quickly and should be addressed.
