Bought an iPhone X and was clear that it needed to work outside the US and mentioned that it was a gift to a friend in India. Having bought an iPhone 7 a month earlier I bought this one and this one isn't working!!! Call the 888 number and they say they get such calls all the time and the store is at fault for selling with false claims. I am stuck now and with all the purchases that I have done to be an elite plus member I feel really cheated. Need a resolution to unlock the phone or send a replacement ASAP.

Bought the phone a month ago and it started acting up on the third week. Experiencing ghost touch. Have taken it to geek squad twice. They only run it through the computer. Very frustrating!

Poor use of screen space; push and slide doesn’t work quickly and have to press/slide more than once to get to the apps.

I upgraded from a 7+ to the X. I loved my + but it finally died on me and was always just a little bit too wide for my hands and difficult to fit into pockets. The screen on the X is absolutely stunning, I am constantly in awe of how crisp and clear, how vibrant the colors look. The camera on the + was great but all the hype about the camera on the X is completely true to form. It’s incredible. I take a lot of pictures and videos of my horses and the quality is so much better on the X. I love that the phone isn’t quite as wide but has a larger screen size at the same time. It’s easier to handle and use, and much more comfortable. The phone is lightning fast and super responsive. The sound quality is excellent, no problems so far. I love the quick SOS feature built right in to the phone. All in all, this is a great device that has so far been a complete joy to use.

This phone doesn’t last very long. Had it for 1.5 years & it broke down.

I should’ve just kept my iPhone 7 plus. Sometimes when texting, the keyboard malfunctions .

I was skeptical at first with the face ID, I remembered the early days of touch ID and Apple pay and hated it. A few days of using the iPhone X, face ID works all the time and the swiping from the bottom comes naturally. Love the bigger screen yet it is only slightly bigger than my old iPhone 7, there are people like me who does not like phablet. A little pricey but worth it!

My iPhone X is like holding magic in my hand! What do I love about the New iPhone X, is it's everything that Apple advertised & more. Apple thought of everything with this model. I'm buying The X for ALL our children & grandchildren for Christmas, along with the Cordless Chargers. "Thank You," Apple.

With Waze, Apple Maps, Google Maps the reception is a joke, even with case off on the dash with a full charge. Based on my reaearch this is a common problem that apple is not willing to address. Do not recomend the iPhone X

It is very pricey. With apple slowing down my other phone they forsed me to get another one.

Phone is nice however it has many glitches that causes me to no like it.

I have loved all my iPhones. This I completely hate. Nothing but problems since we bought it. Horrible reception when a different phone in our plan has good reception. I press mute and a flashlight turns on and many many more issues. At this point I don’t even want it. Such a waste of money.

Yo. X gon giv it to ya! Let's talk about X bay be! Dis phone right herr is the top of the line. 5.8 inches is just the right size. That facial recognition is fo realz. Crazy Yvette can't get into my phone and see my women cuz it's on lockdown. I'd give it ten stars if I could. Peace. ✊

X it out your to buy list, not really much of a phone.

This phone is a $1300 brick and Apple refuses to stand by their products. Run away and buy something else. The Face ID is broken, it locks and becomes unresponsive during calls and many features just don’t work.

I bought iphone X which had a microphone problem and then i exchanged it to another one. Unfortunately the other one also had dents like old phone. I doubt the quality.

I am very disappointed with this one as it was a gift and was an unlocked new from Bestbuy and when I gave it to my friend we found out the phone will not be able to charge.

This iPhone was really overhyped...there is nothing new about it beside the ugly screen. Everything worked well but it just the same thing over and over...

I bought phone from best buy. Iphone x . I paid $1150 and they told me it is unlock bur it is not unlock.
