Upgraded from the 7plus. The screen isnt as big, but feels good in hand. Very beautiful screen.

I love the features that come with the phone, although there is no home button I enjoy every bit of it from the camera to the Face ID!

I have been really pleased with the improved camera! I am surprised by how much I like the removal of the home button. Best iPhone to date.

I was using an IPhone 6 Plus and recently decided to upgrade to the iPhone X 256gb....I love the face recognition feature, and size of it.

So far it has been easy to transition without having the home button. Battery life seems better and I love the cameras and portrait mode.

I bought this phone for my daughter she really likes the camera and the size of the screen

So happy I took the plunge! Easier to use than ever. The new screen shot method is my favorite upgrade beside the amazing new camera!

This a great phone and I love the quality of the photos.

Aside from all the fancy new features and bezeless display, it is an iPhone with IOS11. You can probably get the same features in the iPhome 8 and save a few bucks. The X is a lot smaller than I thought it would be so keep that in mind if you are coming from a larger phone.

All in all a great pocket computer. There are a few things which take getting used to, but nothing I’d consider a dealbreaker. App developers haven’t yet fully embraced the design to allow for the notch, but I’m sure they’ll catch up. Meanwhile the workaround is to simply flip the phone and you can use hidden buttons. FaceID leaves a bit to be desired, I don’t always want to assume the position to open my phone.

... made big leap from iPhone 5 to 10 and can’t say I notice huge amounts of difference. Facial recognition and battery life are improvements, but prefer size of the 5. I like the phone, but don’t think I’d splash out again without a lot more improvement features

Like most apple products works perfect . It’s faster and better than the 8 the camera is amazing and the best part my wife is happy !

Not so much different from the previous version, only face recognition is the new feature!

Did a bunch of research and the consensus was that iPhone X was a better deal than xr or xs and that proved to be true. Best Buy had a really great price but much more important was that they were able to help my daughter set up her new phone. They also gave us fair trade in gift cards for the old phones. Only issue was when Verizon tried to charge us a monthly payment even though I paid cash in full. Better communication between Best Buy and Verizon would’ve been helpful.

Great phone. Can definitely see improvements in camera over the 7 also bigger screen. Also was a great deal financially.

Camera is cool. I’m enjoying the facial recognition and security. Very happy all my charging accessories still work with the X.

The design and build of the iPhone X is by far, the best of 2017. iOS 11 run fantasticly. Hard to justify the price though. I bought it outright and it maybe not be worth it. Anyone getting it on contract this is a smart buy

I bought this model phone when it came out, and it was solid until I dropped it, putting it in my pocket. It was in a case and there was no outside damage but something happened inside. The Wifi and Bluetooth stopped working. I choose to pay it off and replace it with the same phone in a different color. I'm happy with my decision and have had no issues with the new one. I'm planning on not upgrading and going to rock this one for a while. This phone is amazing.​

I upgraded from the iphone 6 plus to Iphone x. I love the face recognition and the camera is fabulous. Absolutely love the phone.

Love this phone. The camera has the portrait mode option and it is amazingggg!! Love the face lock option as well.
