I replaced an iphone 6+ with a new iphone X this weekend and the experience was outstanding. Not only did they provide top dollar in bestbuy credit for the replacement phone but we got an excellent deal on a case. The bestbuy representative did everything required to setup and transfer all our apps, media, etc. It takes about an hour but we walked out with a new phone, case and some extra credit on a best buy rewards card. Shopping at Apple or a carrier is not as forgiving as shopping at BestBuy. Thank you and great job.

What can I say this is just another great iPhone! Great screen resolution, size is perfect. Operating is a breeze.

The new iPhone was a little difficult at first to get use to but after a week I got it down pat. The pictures are a lot clearer .

Debating between the 8 and the X. Returning to iPhone not having a home button was concerning but I Love my phone the size and all.

Bought this phone while back and it’s still working like a champ. Glad this phone is not big as Plus sizes were with the 6 and 7.

Love it. The facial recognition is awesome. Everything you expect from an apple product (unfortunately, including the price...).

Apple is great for cell phones . I enjoy the features and camera . Takes great pictures. Is fun for social media apps too

Don’t like the mandatory updates that are for the phone and installs random unapproved apps onto the phone. Glass shattered in back of phone from being dropped with case on. Overall like the screen and the size of the phone.

Love the big screen without borders. It’s very responsive and the swiping instead of the home button surprisingly is better.

I finally got a new phone and upgraded from the old 6 I love you the battery life and it’s simplicity overall it does the job

This phone is great and easy to use. If you are switching from a plus, you just have to get used to the smallness of the phone.

This is by far my favorite iPhone and I’ve had almost all of them since the 4. The face recognition is the best feature

It's been great!! I have had no issues. I am an Android person though so I passed it off to my daughter and she loves it.

I was skeptical about leaving behind the home button but you get used to it. Camera quality is awesome! Fast charging is the best!

Good design and quality but its literally like any other iPhone and for the love of God, DONT LOSE THE HEADPHONE ADAPTER!
