This is the best phone I have ever owned! I just switched from Android to iPhone. One thing that kept me from switching is that I never did like iPhone's physical home button. The iPhone X changed that. Honestly, I purchased this phone for the high quality camera. I sold a bunch of pro camera gear to buy it. Not only is the camera amazing, with a lot of features I've never even knew existed, the phone just plain & simply operates so smoothly. Pros: amazing camera, fluid like operation, everything just makes sense, phone is fast, screen auto adjusts to lighting conditions, dual speakers, phone call quality is fantastic, the colors are amazing, I liked how in case of emergency, help can access your medical conditions and blood type without breaking into the phone, apps operate smoothly, it's pocket-able, the screen size is perfect (not too small or too big), some apps have more built-in features on iPhone than Android, Cons: The only thing that I can think of at all is the price but then again, this is like carrying around a mini mac book pro in your pocket. If you're ever in the San Marcos TX area, go see Wesley on the weekends. He is their Apple expert. I don't think there is anything that he doesn't know. I went to him 2 weekends in a row asking him questions before pulling the trigger. It's one of the best purchases I have ever made and I'm an extremely frugal guy. I can honestly say that I feel good about the purchase. And for anyone interested in knowing this, because I wasn't sure of it myself, I purchased this iPhone unlocked and took it to my cell phone carrier Metro-PCS and it works amazing! My friend has an iPhone on Sprint and we've done tests side by side and mine beats his every time.

I love this phone! The battery life is better than I expected, the speed & quality of the screen & camera are great except for the hit or miss portrait mode on the camera. The gestures that take the place of the home button seem to be pretty intuitive. The Face ID works better than I thought it was but isn’t perfect. Overall if you are coming from an older phone ( I had an iPhone 5s) I would recommend upgrading!

Love the X!! The Face ID and augmented reality are very high tech. The camera is incredible. Love the wireless-charging feature.

It look a few uses to get use to the way this iPhone works. Its a little different then the other iPhones. Its fast and the camera is great not to mention the battery life

I really love the access with face recognition. The pictures I have taken look amazing on this phone. The colors are so beautiful. Would definitely recommend IPhone X.

I like How the screen is big but the phone is that that big but because the screen is big it makes everything perfect I love the phone and everything aboutit is great

The screen itself is enough to blow other iPhones out of the water. The user interface is excellent and quickly responsive. Can’t got wrong with this purchase.

One of the more breathtaking purchases I've made to date visually, but it's not that big of an upgrade from my old 7+. The camera is better with more features. The battery lasts a bit longer. Then there's the facial recognition system. But after that, it's not much different from the last few generations...

Went from the 7 plus to IPhone X. The phone is smaller but packs a lot of power. I love the camera and face recognition. I don’t miss the bigger phone at all.

I love this phone. bigger screen and yet fits well in my hand, great graphics and colors, awesome camera... I have yet to discover soooo much more it can do!

Not sure if it's worth $1,000+ but a great experience and great phone. Loud speakers, long battery life, and amazing camera are what make this phone amazing.

I love my new iPhone! The full size screen is awesome and the camera is amazing! I’ve been using the camera in portrait mode since I received the phone!

I surprisingly like the iPhone X coming from a iPhone 7plus. Even though it’s a smaller phone it has a equally large screen. And the camera is awesome

I am happy with the purchase. I was concerned about the facial recognition but that has not been an issue. I love the large screen and the camera's Portrait mode is great as well. I did take a bit getting used to the different features from my 6S such as no Home button and swipe from top right for the quick access section. Overall I am very happy with my purchase.

Everything I hoped it would be! The screen is by far the biggest difference for me. Everyone who looks at it asks me if it’s real it looks so clear...

Facial recognition works excellent. First iPhone I’ve upgraded to that the battery lasts longer than the previous version. Really enjoying the tech.

I was hesitant about spending the money for the X, but figured I use my phone more than any other device in life, so might as well splurge. This thing is fantastic. The facial recognition log in is excellent - I don't even think about the phone pulling up at all any more. It just opens. Battery life is excellent as well as speed. Good job Apple and good deal Best Buy.

I actually started out with the iPhone 8 Plus. That was so big (I had a 7 before) and very heavy. I decided to spend the extra money to get the iPhone X. I am so happy that I did!!! It is fast, the screen quality is excellent and I love the camera. It is a little heavier than the 7 but much better size and weight than the plus size. Worth the price in my opinion.

Facial recognition works fine - not worried about storage ( 256 g) Glass protector and otter box - All doing just what they advertised !!!

I was initially concerned about the lack of home button and having to use facial recognition and new gestures, but it appears that the advances in technology, are just that, advances! I like being able to look at and unlock my phone, even in the dark. I like the full screen with nearly no bezel. Overall, it feels like an upgrade to the iPhone in general.
