This is without question the finest mobile device on the market. The camera is as powerful as my dslr, the facial recognition login is very easy to use, the screen clarity and size are the best on the market.

Love it smaller but large who knew. Very clean and fast

I wasn't sure I wanted this new phone until I was having trouble with my 7,but the retina scanning is the most amazing this I have seen in a while. It really works well and is so hassle free when it comes to using the phone. This is jus one of the many features I love, the other is the sharpness of the new camera. Well done Apple!

I have had an iPhone for about 7 years now. When I got the 7 I told myself it was the last iPhone I would ever own. I had nothing but software glitches with it. When the 8 was announced I lost it and was screaming because I thought it was the new iPhone. I was sick of them changing a couple things and saying it was so much better. Then the x was announced. I was sceptical but I loved the way it looked. I figured if it’s just as bad as the 7 with glitches, it’s like having the same phone but at least it will look good doing it hahaha. So far I have had very few problems. The only thing that seems to happen, is when an app stretches the wrong way. Im not sure how to describe it, it’s like the x to close whatever may be open is in the far top left with the time rather than a little lower. When that happens you need to force close the app. It has happened 3 times and its impossible to replicate. Overall this iPhone has brought me hope that Apple may not be as far gone as I thought. I hope they focus on QA and having software that has no bugs like it was for so long. Also I miss having the plus. I hope they make a plus version of this in the future.

I was on an iPhone 7+ and decided to move to the iPhone X when my daughter upgraded her phone to an X. I really didn't like it, which is disappointing. I liked the face recognition, but it wasn't perfect and without a fingerprint scanner, at times I had to maneuver the thing around my face to get an unlock. The notch didn't bother me at all but the narrowness of the screen really played havoc with watching video. You either dealt with a smaller window with bars or used the zoom for full screen but lost part of the picture. Another frustrating thing was on the iPhone X, you no longer have the "Zoomed" display option. I always ran my 7+ in Zoomed mode to slightly enlarge all the text and icons. Since that doesn't exist on the X, I felt like I downgraded to a smaller iphone 7 and it became annoying. In evaluating things, I really didn't really feel like the price was worth what you get, especially for the 256gb version. It's just not worth the $15/mo extra premium above the iphone 8+ to me. At the end of the day, I decided to return it and I eventually went with the Galaxy S9+. I'll probably take another look at the X series in an iteration or two, once Apple figures it out better with a bigger version and brings the price down to more comparable levels.

Great phone love the new design and also great cam

At first I was hesitant about whether l wanted to upgrade to the X or the 8 plus and I’m so glad I went I went with the X. First, the size is absolutely perfect. I am a previous user of the 6 plus and it felt too big at times. This fits right in your hand and is the perfect size. It Doesn’t feel too small at all. The full size screen is awesome. I don’t even miss having a home key button at all. In fact after a couple of days of using this I completely forgot about it. Most of all, this camera is amazing. When using portrait mode pictures look professional and came out way better than I ever thought. This is one of the best phones I ever had. You cannot go wrong with the iPhone X

I love this phone! I've tried all of the current Apple phones (8, 8+, & X) and I find this to be the perfect phone, for me. I love the large screen of the 8+ but I can't hold the 8+ in one hand and type/navigate - with the X I can. Of course I can with the 8 as well but the 8 lacks the camera of the 8+ and the X (maybe Apple should consider giving the 8 the same camera as the +?) I realize this phone still has it's kinks to work out and I would like some kind of touch sensor when I can't pick it up and look at it, but it's a great phone! When people talk about comparing the screen of the X to the 8/8+ you can definitely tell the difference in the quality and clarity.

The notch, does it bother me? Absolutely not. The information (battery level, time, etc.) kept in the corners needs to be displayed, and by putting it up out of the way by the notch, Apple just gave you more screen real estate to work with... a screen which is amazing without the bulk of a larger phone.

The phone itself wasn't bad at all. It had a lot of things that Apple should of had a long time ago. Nice Camera, Screen, plus pretty fast. I have issue with the lip on the top part of the screen. Two thirds of the top of the screen is used up. Which to me makes so it should be able to be counted in total screen realestate. It should really just say it is a 5.5 inch screen plus side burns. I took it back and switched back to my Note 8.

The iPhone X is worth it. Both my brothers have it. I did a lot of research to find out if it was worth the extra money. I upgraded from the iPhone 6s. In the back of my mind I was thinking about trying it out for a day or two then taking it back. I will not be taking it back this phone is awesome.

Finally was able to find an IPhone X threw the Best Buy app. Status said there was only a few left. I ordered it while running errands and received a text message and email saying it was ready for pick up. Very easy and simple instructions were giving to me in a broucher. No issues with activation.

Wow!!Great phone and I’m still learning new features!! Wow!! Expensive!! Not sur yet if it’s worth the extra cash but I am enjoying it if I can just remember that there is no home button!

Long time android user. Nexus and Pixel. The iPhone X has a superb build. Screen is great. Very fast. Camera is equal to or better than any other phone. I’m an Apple guy now.

Great phone as expected but a little heavier than I expected. Still worth the wait for this great phone. Picture taking is impeccable!

Never had an iPhone before but this is a great phone. Battery last all day, camera is amazing. Just the perfect size as well. Love how the picture of the screen is the whole screen.

This is Apple's best phone yet. I went from a 5S to the X (ten, not "X") and has the quality I was waiting for. Faster performing, better camera, bigger screen. Highly recommended.
