I love this new iphone! The dark gray is sleek. Plus, it has an awesome facial recognition feature that automatically allows the screen to unlocked just from putting the phone in front of your face once it is recognized.

Siri doesn’t always work. Battery life is awesome. Love the screen. Perfect size.

Purchased it for my daughter, she loves it .. awesome features .. face recognition, camera, faster speed, you name it..

I upgraded to the X from a 6S Plus and I love that I get all that screen in a compact package. I like big screens but not necessarily big phones... enter the X. This thing is so much faster than my 6S Plus too, but that's to be expected when you wait a couple of generations to upgrade of course. I'm fine with the notch that people complain about, doesn't bother me if I even notice it all. The audio quality is so much better than my previous iPhone. I am very happy with this upgrade.

Great iPhone. Love the new features. I love technology so I have, and have a lot of other phones. This one is definitely going to set a record for Apple. Looking forward to the iPhone X plus, if here is going to be one.

Despite their greediness I still love apple. I don’t really know if this phone is worth every penny but is the coolest out there right now. Is quick, crispy clear and sleek as all apple products are. Thank you Best Buy.

The facial recognition is outstanding. Camera takes fantastic pictures. Processor is fast and it is perfect pocket size.

I jumped from the 6s plus to the X. It was a significant upgrade in cost and function. I love the smaller size while keeping the large screen. The only drawback is that some apps haven't adapted to the full screen yet.

Why would you go from a 68G to a 200+G without something in the middle? I will NEVER use all the data (but knew I’d be over the 68). Love the screen size, not too hip on the amount of time it takes to unlock the phone

Was a little sceptical at 1st , but this has been the best IPhone I’ve owned yet ........ Face ID works rather flawlessly and no home button is alright as well......

I really like this phone, but I didn't give it 5 stars, because it didn't exceed my expectations and I was almost forced into it due to the decline in performance caused by the multiple updates released to keep up with the issues arising from the release of the X. The iPhone doesn't really change much other than a few new features and upgrades to the camera, screen resolution, and overall speed due to processor upgrades each year. When will our phones project images in 3D that we can manipulate with our hands like in the SciFi movies?? e.g., Minority Report! Just saying. Regardless, it's a nicely made phone and feels good in your hand. The model you get at Best Buy is the same you would get at the Apple Store and works on all networks (CDMA and TDMA). That is advantageous, because when you get the phone unlocked, you can use it with any carrier.

I’ve been waiting for this phone for a while ever since they announced and I read the reviews and something that light I will recommend it to my friends even though it’s a little pricey her but it does what it says

I found the hidden slide button to close apps, but definitely it takes getting used to. I almost returned it, but I am liking it. The scanning feature is pretty neat and the camera is so nice! Think I'll keep it!!

The iPhone X is no doubt the best phone ever. Feel in love with the all the new features and the full screen is very nice.

New interface is easy to figure out. Having 256GB is great. Can download movies and take lots of pictures and videos. Silver finish looks very good, recommend Urban Armor Gear (UAG) cases with it. Not as advanced as the new iPhone XS, but advanced enough to last a very long time (honestly, there’s not much of a noticeable difference between the two iPhones). Face ID works very well, however in some cases (like laying in bed on your side), it has a hard time recognizing your face and this is where Touch ID might be preferred. In most cases, Face ID is quicker and easier than Touch ID (and more fun with the new Memoji and Animoji). Having the “all screen” display is great and looking back at older iPhones, it’s just not the same as you would think. Overall, I wouldn’t want any other iPhone than an iPhone X!

Beautiful phone, what else can I say?! Previously ordered through Att but I have been waiting almost 3wks and my ordered hasn’t shipped. Decided to try Best Buy and they have it in stock! Got it on Black Friday!

I have had every iPhone they have made but this is the only one I actually really love. No home button - yay. No constantly having to put in your code - yay. The camera is hand over fist better than the 8 even.

So far I’m loving my new iPhone X. The battery life is great and the screen display is awesome. I love the full screen. Just wish more apps would hurry up and fix their apps to accommodate. They are but slowly.

Got it for my wife and she loves it, thin, sleek, and way faster than the previous version.
