I have had a droid phone since smart phones came out. My daughter talked me into trading up my 5 year old Note 5 for an iPhone since all phones are ridiculously over priced now. I have to admit that it is user friendly and the camera is amazing. I won’t take a selfie with it because u can see my wrinkles, lol

I've had this phone for a little more than week and my initial thoughts are "wow". This phone is amazing! It's a beautiful phone to look at, the new are awesome as well. Not having a home button, for instance? Truth is, I'm starting to like it even more. I love the memory increase...love the speed...love the phone.

Traded in my iPhone 7 plus, the I phone X excellent upgrade. best I phone ever! Easy to navigate, face recognition great for fast log on. Log on many apps with face recognition! And the $150 off for Best Buy Elite customers, made it better! Very easy to learn how to via, previous experience, Best Buy app and you tube!

The camera is a huge improvement over my iPhone 6. It is much quicker with processing. I do not see it was a awe inspiring phone for the $$.

Great phone. Its is all worth the money. It is sturdy, efficient and a small computer in your palm of your hand. love it.

I am a loyal iPhone user. X is the best yet. I’m still getting familiar with it, but I’m extremely happy with my device.

I haven’t discovered all the features yet, but am enjoying it so far. Glad more & more apps are adding face recognition.

I traded up from my iphone8 and even though it has the same internal specs, the X seems to operate much faster. Maybe due to have 3GB rather than 2GB. Great looking screen is also a major difference along with the size. The only reason for not giving a 5 star rating is that is totally died on me a week after purchase for no reason. The good thing though is I would give Apple a 5 star rating since I brought into the local Apple store and were not able to figure it out since they could not even get it to turn on so issued me a new phone.

Face recognition doesn’t always work. It’d be much more helpful if the thumbprint option would pop up. Having to type in a password is still a bit of a nuisance, but I appreciate the fact that it still works with sunglasses on. Also, face recognition works in the dark, sometimes. The way to fully close apps takes additional steps versus swiping up on other iPhones. It’s not exactly a smooth transition from the other iphones. Does take a lot of getting used to. Camera quality is great, but I would recommend sticking to the iPhone 8 for the price.

I love this phone, few things that I had to google to figure out how to do, Like close your apps but I love this phone.

Face ID works great and the screen looks amazing..

Features are a plus and I learn of new ones everyday. The size is a positive but screen size is same as larger phones.

I just purchased an iphone x and I love it! It definitely takes some getting used to but you will not be disappointed.

I like how you can make the imojees talk, I like the unlock you’re phone with you’re face. Overall it’s a great phone

I’ve been an Apple fan from the minute I turned on my first apple computer the iPhone X is hands down the best introduction to the consumer in the long celebrated history of the great company. Would recommend it to everyone for its ease of use and miracle in innovative technology. They left absolutely nothing out.

Phone discussions sometimes turn religious, and I admit I prefer Apple products. In that context, I’ve been throughly satisfied with this phone. The screen size comparative to the overall size of the phone makes my aging eyes happy, while it still fits in my shirt pocket. A great product, if you are an Apple fan.

So far so good; I like it a lot and didn't find the adjustment difficult; the Best Buy staff was patient and helpful.

My wife upgraded her iPhone 6 Plus and never looked back. iPhone X is perhaps the most advanced smartphone there is.
