Ordered My IPhone X on line to be picked up in the store the next day. Very smooth transaction with pick up and very helpful picking out cases from lots to choose from. Our service person was very helpful answering question about the phone and how it works. We will purchase again from Best Buy.

I was hesitant to purchase the phone but with the buy one get one I had to grab one. I went from the 7 plus which I was ok with, but the X was definitely worth the buy. The phone seems to process faster, screen clarity is great and overall a great phone. If you are considering upgrading do it.

The IPhone X is just a ripoff of the Samsung 8. The phone has frozen on me several times and has needed several updates that should have been fixed during development. Buy the IPhone Or Samsung 8 as they are a better value.

I love my new phone. There are some new features that take some time to get used to. The improvements are much better! The camera is outstanding! The downside... the screen maybe the same size as the 6,7 & 8. However the keys on the keyboard are closer together. If you have larger hands this can be challenging. It is like typing on the 5 all over again. I would definitely consider the over all size If you liked the larger phone even if the screen is the same size. The pros out weight the cos on this one.

I had an iPhone 6+ for many years which I really liked. I was worried that I would have a hard time transitioning to the new phone, but not at all. It helped that my husband already had an​ iPhone X, but I loved it right away. The facial recognition is fantastic!

I enjoy how the phone is a large screen. The camera is amazing, I would enjoy it more if there was a plus but overall I love it.

A great phone! The screen is larger than the old iPhone 5C, but this is not an issue. The screen is clear and bright. The iPhone X is costly, but we look forward to years of trouble free service. Wireless charging is great, but this was not the reason for the purchase.

Apple products keep getting better in my opinion! I love the face id and the full screen, I dropped down from the plus size and I am so happy I did. The plus phone was just too big for me, I love how perfectly this phone fits in my hand, and I have all the screen I could need!

Love the camera and screen. Have not noticed significant processor difference vs. iphone 6S plus. Battery life is one day.

If you're a iPhone person and are the fence about spending so much $$$ on a phone than this may not be for you. It's a great phone but nothing less than we would expect from Apple. Honestly the only reason I bought it was so my oldest daughter and I could communicate via animoji.

I really like the Animoji and AR capabilities. Face recognition is a nice touch to the iPhone lineup.

Upgraded from the iPhone six and very satisfied. But I wish I still had the thumbprint identification

My son loves the new IPhone X. He was up and running in no time. The facial recognition is very nice. The only issue with the facial recognition is you can only have one face recognized on your phone. You could add multiple people to the fingerprint recognition. Overall a great product.

Workman ship is excellent. With or without case it’s a JOY to use. Everything and more than expected.

This is great buy. My old phone was dropping calls and the battery was bad. No issues with this one.
