I was SUPER excite about getting this phone. Pre-ordered it and waited anxiously for it to arrive. When it came and I was able to open it, the size surprised me. It was so small compared to my 7+. After having this phone for about 2 weeks now it leaves a lot to be desired. Most apps don't take up the full screen, leaving a back bar of empty, unused space at the top and bottom, which in turn makes the screen smaller then my 7+. The camera isn't thaatt much better than my 7+. Its thicker and heavier. It seems to be that for what it cost you get a device that leaves a lot to desired. It made me start looking at the Note 8.........

The facial recognition is fantastic. This is my first iPhone and I wish I had changed years ago. All the features are easy to understand and access.

Love that it doesn’t have a border around the phone. It works as expected , as it is an up grade from my IPHONE 6. Easy to use too !

When I first got it it was weird to work because there was no button. However, I have gotten a hang of the facial recognition and it works great.

Bought this phone for my daughter, she loves the camera and features of this phone, and her calls to me are alot clearer in sound quality.

I upgraded from a 7S to the X and have loved it. Only took me a few days to use to not having a home button. After that, I don’t miss it at all

Bought this phone for my daughter for college. She is going to use it for classes and with the bigger screen, can watch tutorials a lot easier!

The iPhone X changed the way I use my phone for the better. The gesture controls, cameras, and overall performance of the phone are superb.

The iPhone X is a great phone. The gestures used are different than previous iPhones, but within a day I had no problems. Face ID is seamless.

Love my new iPhone X! My old iPhone rarely would recognize my finger print. Face recognition is the best on this model. Phone is easy to use.

My wife was very excited about upgrading to the iPhone X as her sister has one as well. The features of the phone are as she wanted, however, within 2 weeks there was bright green line on the screen so we took it to an APPLE store. They had to send it out to be fixed. When it was ready to be picked up we found that they had just sent her a new phone, that should have been the first warning. Now after owning the phone for a little over 4 months the battery is failing. It shows 100%, but unexpectedly shuts off. When you try to turn it on it says that the battery is low. After plugging it in and the phone turns on it shows that the battery is at 100%...Taking it in (again) to be fixed. For the cost of this device you think it would last longer.

I love the size of the screen and the phone itself. My prior phone was a 6s Plus and this phone's screen is larger while the phone size is smaller.

I love the display! Coming from the iPhone 7+, it’s nice to have a device I can easily hold with one hand again without compromising on screen size.

I have been using this phone for over a year now and I am still impressed. Battery life is better than the previous models.

I have always loved apple products and when I upgraded to the x it blew me away. Easy to use love the screen size and just all around great phone.

iPhone X is a nice upgrade over old phone - takes little time to get used to of Face ID instead of finger scan but worth the upgrade.

I really enjoy the phone, it does everything I need it too. The battery last almost the entire day and I am on my phone for work all day long!

Coming from an iPhone 6, this was mikes ahead of what I had expected. So far after 4 months of ownership, no issues and the phone is still great!
