    I am returning my defective phone tomorrow. You cannot talk on the phone and hear UNLESS the phone speaker is on. This makes a private conversation a challenge! You’ll spend a lot of time on google search learning how to use this phone. How do you turn it off or how do you screenshot & so on.

    I had this phone for 12 days and honesty it is a fantastic phone! However I ended up returning it to get the iPhone XR. I couldn’t justify spending the extra $150 for a year older phone with less specs. Despite the better screen, to an average consumer you cannot two the difference.
