    It is a good smartphone but pricey. It takes excellent pictures. Whenever I log-in, I have to type my password which is a little bit frustrating.

    iPhone X is a wonderful device. It was a bit cumbersome for me to figure out how to do all the other things I used to on my previous iPhones but the Best Buy Mobile staff is the best. They took time to explain all the features I had questions about....and well, candidly, YouTube taught me more stuff. :) Buy iPhone X

    No problems with this phone. I've owned it for quite a while now. No major problems. I quickly adapted to the new user interface and find it to be far preferable to that of the older generations. Sometimes I wish I had held out for the next generation but that will always be the case.

    Good phone. Takes better photos than previous iPhone. Face ID only sometimes works. Most of the time I have to put in my password.

    Was skeptical about the face recognition by its the feature I like the most. I wish you could use it without a case. That’s why I give it a 4.

    I was Samsung Galaxy phones all the way, even when my husband had an iPhone. Well upgrade time came and I decided to give it a try. I will not be going back to an android as long as Apple keeps their game up. I love this phone. So easy to use and lots of features I still haven’t figured out yet.
