Looking forward to what Apple has in store. This is a great peek into the future. A little rough around the edges but enjoying. Would prefer a Touch ID option. And iOS 11 needs some help.

I am in love with the camera and that was the reason for the upgrade. The only thing I don’t like is how long it takes to get a full charge.

My only gripe is that the body gets hard to handle because of the shape. It’s a beautiful phone. The display and camera are crystal clear.

I have been using a flip phone for a cell phone since 2006. For Christmas 2017 my son and wife purchased an iPhone X for me... I am simply overjoyed in this awesome "computer" called a "Smartphone". Why not start with the top of the line. I am incredibly impressed with this phone and would highly recommend it!

Upgraded from the iPhone 6 to the X; nice new features and great battery life, but it’s an expensive smart phone for what you get.

She wasn't sure if she'd like the "no home" button of the IPhoneX but so far she says she loves it. First time purchasing a cell phone from Best Buy vs ATT direct but the extra $100 that Best Buy applied to the purchase price was something that the local ATT store could not offer. Seamless purchase.

Excellent product for its time. When I bought the phone it was amazing and almost 3 years later it is still a great phone. It is definitely showing some age in daily use, but has held up amazingly. If you don't need the latest, it is a good choice.

The phone is overall a good buy pretty pricey but its worth it. I heard its gonna be discontinued but hey. I’ll get the new version.

I had the brand new iPhone max 256, that my husband surprised me with, but I will never put this ph to use , I just wanted a good iPhone X 64 g and this one is great, nothing wrong with the iPhone max it’s beautiful ,but I,m retired and this one fits me better!! Bestbuy was great to work with!

Okay I’m old school moved up to this phone from an iPhone 6 as it fell in some water and was able to recover. This phone is very nice not the most happy with the glass back but put a slim case on it to protect. Still need to figure out all it’s features as I haven’t even loooked them up. I got it for a gr8 deal from bestbuy 750.00 for the 256gb if u paid all up front which I did. These are limited as they are older but don’t hesitate as they have a better display than the XR

I bought this phone for my 13-year-old daughter. She loves it so far but says it seems to charge slow. To be honest, I don't know if it really charges slow or if it is because she is on it all the time. She listens to music via blue tooth, face times with her friends etc. and all works wonderfully. So not sure if the battery charges slowly or not. That's her only complaint. When school starts and she her time is more limited I am guessing that complaint of hers may disappear. hehe At least I hope it does.

I've been an Android guy for nine years waiting for it to be worth it to switch. It would take a lot of features to compete with the customization available from an Android. And the iPhone X is jam-packed with features. Seamless integration with my iPad and Macbook Pro also helped me make the jump.

This one isn’t as good as my iPhone 8 Plus. No home button doesn’t always work well. It is a 4-star iphone

What can I say? Apple has changed the way we interact with phones again! I love the gestures, the screen, the build quality and pretty much everything else about this device! I am so excited to have this awesome iPhone! You will definitely want this thing and you won't regret buying it!

Love the iPhone X. I’ve had the 6 for a long time I was ready for a change. The only trouble I noticed was when I try to open an app it take a few tries like as if my it’s not feeling my finger there. Other then that so far I like it.

I was very skeptical at first on buying my iPhone X but after having it for a couple weeks, I absolutely love it. I upgraded from an iPhone 6s So this is a big jump for me but highly recommend it for everybody else. If you have an iPhone 7 or 8 do not upgrade. It would seem worthless for you.

Love the 3D display, speed, and additional standard storage. Not a huge fan of how you close the apps compared to earlier models.

My oldest daughter is heading away for college and we needed to upgraded her existing iPhone. So far, so good. No complaints except the Bluetooth isn't being recognized in her car. Best Buy was easy to work with and the phone was delivered to our house with 2 days.

I have always owned apple products and this is my third Iphone. The size of the phone is great as it fits in my back pocket. The images from the camera are excellent. It already has a ton of pictures from my engineering projects. This is a good way to document class portfolios.

Lots of improvements, all very positive! I’m still learning... The guy that helped me was a super salesman. Answered every question and NO pressure! Best purchase for me as I’m not Into spending big bucks for the newest equipment and my new I-phone X fits my needs to a tee!
