I have been an iphone user from the beginning of iphones. More recently i was debating whether i should switch to a different smart phone because i felt like Apple hadn't stepped up their game enough. The iphone X is a major upgrade and improvement. I am really happy with the purchase.

My daughter loves the phone and it meets her rather demanding needs. It also seems to be rugged enough to survive her which I worried about for such an expensive phone. Signal is good and she likes it, that is as good as it gets.

My wife used to have an iPhone 6s plus but that one had so many issues like i doesn't connect to Bluetooth, facetime calls doesn't work most of the times, gets hotter pretty quickly so i wanted her to feel better so i gave this one as a gift on her birthday and she is loving it ever since.

Only had the new phone a few days but, I like it so far. Still getting used to the new ways of doing things but much better

Apple always is the best in my personal opinion. The only thing I could say that I don’t like is the internal battery. But if the battery get weak then you can always take it to an apple store and get them install a new battery.

Bought this for my daughter and she loves it. She quickly adjusted to the missing home button and loves making Memojis

The camera is nice but the editing features are the same as the iPhone 6. The rest of the phone is pretty much the same as the iPhone 6 and the super display it’s supposed to have I haven’t really noticed a difference. Don’t upgrade if the phone you still have works. Mine died otherwise I probably wouldn’t have bought this phone. Kinda wish I had just had a new camera (that’s what broke) put into my old phone.

I'm not an Apple fan but I have to give credit where it is due. Bought this phone for my daughter - graduation gift. Built really well and has a smooth and efficient OS. Only negative is pricing. It could be a little less expensive. Certainly a great gift for a deserving child ; )

Upgraded from the 6 plus and boy am I glad! Fyi, you don’t need to setup Face ID if you don’t want to! You can still do swipe up to unlock and punch in your password and voila! Great alternative for those that don’t like having to set up Face ID and having your face stored somewhere.

Good phone. Hard adjusting to life without the button. Faster than my iPhone 7.

Just had this for a short time and I like the face recognition. Took a while to set it up. Geek Squad was helpful.

I had an iPhone 5S until earlier this year. I decided to try the Samsung Galaxy 8. After 5 months, I decided to trade it in for the iPhone X. It is so much better. Much easier to use Apple CarPlay than android auto with both of my chevys. Alexa is also easier to use than Bixby.

I really like the new size but I which you could still have the option to use the finger print. Otherwise, great phone!

I picked this phone up for my mom, she was just loving her iphone 6 plus so I thought she should have the newest device, it took her some time to learn how to function the phone with just gestures, but when she got it down she couldn't be stopped. Im glad she likes it

I can't believe this cellphone cost more than a laptop. It truly isn't much better than my previous iPhone.

Although my iPhone 6 was 3 years old, I mainly bought this iPhoneX because of the amazing camera features. The portrait mode is excellent and so easy to use, with beautiful results. It took a little while to learn how to close apps and shut down open apps, but now it's a breeze.

We upgraded from 7plus to X. The phone itself is smaller but the screen size is the same. I was worried my husband wouldn’t like it because he is a bigger guy and his hands are large. His only complaint is the swiping but he said he’s used to it now. We would recommend this phone.

I have never been a fan of iPhones, but with the home button taken out, I’d have to say the phone does look sexier!

It’s been a week and I’m really enjoying my new iPhone X! I appreciate the extra memory capacity to store more of my photos, notes, etc. iPhone’s lack of a home button key takes some getting used to at first, but new “swipe up” feature is intuitive and will work just fine!
