My iPhone 6Plus had reached the end of its useful life. I decided to go for the new iPhone X. It is amazing. I didn't think I would notice such a big difference in functionality. I am so glad I upgraded. And I need to add that the Best Buy associate was extremely helpful.

The face recognition takes some getting used to as well as no home button. But become second nature very quickly

Sweet deal for being an older model. I reviewed the specs and figured out that for what I use it for I didn't have to buy the latest and greatest iPhone. I went with this one because it is very comparable options for the price. I'm happy with my purchase.

The phone is beautifully designed and very reliable. I would give it a 5 star rating if it had a headphone jack.

not a big fan of no home button and its a little smaller than my plus also there is no zoom feature on the screen icon

I went into Best Buy knowing what phone I wanted, As I always do research about what I want when it’s an investment the store wasn’t busy at all due do the large amount of snow we’d gottten so upgrade my phone was a painless process, the associate who helped me out was good.

Camera is amazing on this phone. Pretty much the reason why I upgraded to this phone from my last IPhone.

I like the design change to iPhone x but not worth $999. you can more bang for your buck over on the android side.

I upgraded my Galaxy S8 and this was great. Music plays better and the user interface is even better than on iPads. It is a lot more user friendly than my galaxy and I have only had Samsung the last 10years

Every phone has its downsides. It was a great phone, great quality. And has spoiled me with the OLED screen.

It is an easy phone to use once you learn how. I am enjoying all the cool new features. Looking forward to iOS12

Had issues at the beginning but Apple support was awesome. Phone is great. More features than I need but they are there if I ever want to use them. Love the phone. Just one thing I would change. Make it easy for people to enlarge the text in apps on the phone etc. to see

In love with all the new features! Only thing that can be annoying is if you have face id set up and look at the phone after a missed call, it automatically calls them back. Don’t have a single complaint about the phone & so glad they did away with the home button

We needed to upgrade to iPhone for a specific service app my wife needs. I love my new iPhone X. I am still learning how to do things which I found easy to do on my last phone, but this pone can do so much more. About half way in the learning curve.

Got two of these for my teenagers and now I am the Best Mom in the world. They love them. I do suggest getting good cases and screen protectors because of the all glass body. This is a pretty pricey electronic so replacing would be just as much as buying a new one.
