Happy with the new phone. Love it! The big screen is great. Face ID takes a little getting used to.

This is an upgrade from iPhone 5s. I finally had to give it up. I like the phone and all of it's functionality. The only thing it might take me awhile to get used to is not having the home button for fingerprint recognition. The face recognition is iffy at times. When I'm in a low light situation, it doesn't recognize me. I miss my fingerprint access. Other than that, it's a great phone and I don't expect anything less from Apple.

Got this for my sister in law for her upgrade with AT&T. I always upgrade with bestbuy. They are so much easier to deal with then the actual phone service retail associates. We got her the silver and it looks beautiful. I cant stop staring at it.

I’ve been an Apple power user for a few years. The iPhone X is simply unbeatable for features and build quality. Syncing with my iPad Pro and other devices is a great advantage. The new screen is mesmerizing with deep blacks and vivid colors. Great product.

I purchased this for my wife. Went into the store to purchase the Note9 and she became a trader. She opted for the iPhone instead. It is an ok phone but my wife uses her Galaxy S6 for most everything. Basically only uses the iPhone for the phone.

Works great Like the bigger screen Still would prefer if the iPhone itself were the size of the SE

The phone is good but I do miss the home button appple is known for.... it does take some getting use to.

This phone is incredible. My son absolutely loves his Christmas gift. The things he can do with this phone amaze me everyday. I have been an apple user from the beginning and this is by far the best ever! Looking forward to getting one for myself very soon.

Apple phones may be a complete rip-off, but it works and I haven’t found a better phone.

Ive had an Android phone of over 20 years and the iPhone X is my first Apple phone. Its a bit of a learning curve but I love Apple products in general and expect to love this phone as well as time goes by. The only thing I prefer with the Android phones over the iPhone is the adjustabbility of the main screen (which is really not a big deal). I gave the 4 stars review because I haven't had enough time yet to see all the pros and cons.

But, has a lot of bugs. WiFi is garbage. Call quality is terrible. Screen is beautiful. Camera is awesome.

Bought this phone for my wife as a bday present. Setup was easy, and the phone works great so far.

Definitely worth the upgrade. Not a big fan of the price. Best Buy made this birthday purchase easy!

This iPhone is the best yet I have owned just about every version of the iphone very few dropped calls but that is because of the service in the area,Verizon is putting up a mini tower in back of my house which I think will stop the dropped calls

Good Phone, there are a few quirks and bugs to it lately. Wish it had a bigger screen, but runs smooth.

I replaced an iPhone 6s with this iPhone X and I love it. This phone is faster and has plenty of memory for all my apps. There is a slight learning curve, but once you learn how to use it you won’t want to go back to the old way.

but the price? really? not worth it, but it is worth keeping pace with tech/electronic improvements.

I’ve had nothing but iPhones and have loved each one. This one is no different... it’s great! Even got one for my significant other (he had a Samsung) and he’s in love with his iphone!! He used to get upset with me having my phone all the time, now his is in his hands all the time, too! Only thing I’m getting used to the smaller screen.. I had a plus before and when I got these a week ago, they weren’t offering the x plus.

This phone does everything I wanted and a lot more. I'm finding it extremely easy to use. I've had no problems with it. I've had if for a little over a month now. Very pleased with it. I've only had a couple of low end tracphones before this one.
