the phone is very fast and reliable as expected with all new iphone model.

Great phone. User friendly. As long as you manage your pictures & videos properly, 256GB capacity goes a long way. My kids love that it is waterproof as it allows you to take underwater pictures.

Overall a good phone but still has A lot of glitches. Not worth the price.

Ok, I was pretty skeptical about this phone at first. But, wow! Its the first top of the line iPhone I've ever got and it is so awesome. Love the wireless charging. Just make sure you protect it with AppleCare!

there is nothing like an iPhoneX just maybe a Samsung. Not sure my friend swears by the Samsung. I highly feel the iPhoneX is the way to go for a very good quality smartphone and support is great

I worked for Apple through a third party, so I’m familiar with how my device should work & how to troubleshoot. For this iPhone to cost almost $1300, it should run smooth constantly.. there are some glitches and I’m not convinced that I got my bang for my buck. I’ve had the phone for at least 2 months now.

I have never wanted an iphone but my entire family convinces me and the transition from a Samsung has been a little challenging but I like the phone now and my wife loves that I now have an iphone too

Its a great phone. Love all the updated versions int he phone. The button has completely been removed so takes some getting used to but its easy to get the hang of. The camera settings are really cool as well

I bought this for an older family member, and she loves it. She likes that she can just swipe rather than push a button. She had a difficult time with the button and now she just swipes any way she needs.

Daughter wishes it had more memory.. but it could have 100x the memory and she would still fill it up and complain.

Phone has a better camera than the newer reduced cost phone variants

I was a bit hesitant to purchase just because of the price, but I’m definitely glad I made the purchase. The new interface is more intuitive, and the 4K video is pretty amazing. I would definitely recommend!

It’s a no brainer! Buy one and done. You get the best product and warranty there is. Period!! I’ve replaced it several times on all of my family’s phones. Only paid shipping costs of $5 each.

I LOVE this iPhone. If you enjoy the Apple environment, this is a slam dunk. HOWEVER, if you are coming from a + device, regardless of this being the "same screen size", you may have a hard time adjusting.

There was a bit of a learning curve in regards to getting acclimated with a new OS from all previous iphone models; however, after spending some time with the new model, I am very happy with the iphone X.

I love this phone, I am still learning the ins and outs like why I can’t view my messages with facial recognition but the iPhone X I bought from T-Mobile does it so not sure if I did something wrong upon set up
