The phone was a bit slower than my iPhone 7 Plus 256gb and it also had some bugs.

Sound in iPhone X is excellent compared to iPhone 6. I always had a hard time hearing the person I was taking to or even hearing my phone ring. The iPhone X is amazing.

I like the phone the screen size was a little on the small size. I felt small in my hands and I was looking forward to the upgrade of the 6.8 inch once it came out. I would recommend this if you’re looking for something to his portable easily able to fit in your pocket and hand size we have small hands.

I love the new features. The custom emojis are really cool. I do miss my home button though, sometimes with low lighting my phone can’t pick up my face.

I upgraded from an Iphone 5S and the difference between these two phones is unbelievable. Can't believe I waited so long, I was missing out on so much.

His iPhone 6 all of a sudden failed working so he decided to get a new phone and he love this phone so much! Works for him too as it wasn't as big like the Plus

I like most of the features of the iPhone X. I had to get used to swiping as opposed to hitting the home button. I still have some things to learn about my phone. Since so many things are connected via bluetooth, the headphone issue didn't bother me. I am having trouble connecting this phone to my car.

Everything I’d expect from buying an apple product. Well executed and packaged. The customer service rep was solid and quickly got me new phone up and running.

this phone is awesome, the major drawback is that some of the facial features seem to not work as the power gets lower. High quality apple product as always.

The phone has such good sound but it could be improved so it's as loud as the galaxy phones--- the quality and resolution pixels cannot beat anything else

Didn’t think I’d like the Face ID but it works well. The size of the phone is better than the previous model and the sound and video is a huge improvement.

If I could buy this phone again I would in a heartbeat. The craftsmanship apple puts in these phones is unreal and it is amazing. I can’t imagine my life without it

It is pretty silly spending this much for the phone. Each new model has better processor, camera, display, ...... As they know, some will spend more for their phone

I have been buying Apple products now for over 10 years. This iPhone X is something else, has taken a while to get used to it, but now, what a breeze. Love it.

I just love the iPhone X! Plus I really like the way it interfaces with my iMac and iPad Pro. Seamless sharing of information among the three devices! Bravo!!!

Bought this during a promotion, holds up just fine. It’s apple, so you pay for what you get. This bad point saved me from a 6 year old 5S.
