I dropped my phone and cracked the screen Beto d repair. Fortunately a free upgrade was available. The sales rep was really over the top!

Was a little disappointed to find out they removed the fingerprint scanner but outside of this, as always, apple has made a solid phone product.

Great phone, and so far I have had great coverage. Took a little time to get used to not having a home button like previous versions of iPhones.

I switched from android back to iPhone for convenience and I was expecting this phone to surpass my expectations and honestly, I didn’t find any spectacular difference between the upgrades from iPhone 7... the Android was still my favorite, but it is also an awesome phone !

Apple never disappoints. Great phone ... takes a minute to un-learn your home button tendency but you will be surprised how fast you adapt.

Apple was recommended by a coworker when I decided to get a smartphone. I fell in love with it and when it was time to get a newer model this was it!

Wonderful capability, a little difficult to pair with wireless headpnones and to get used to no home button. Battery life not as good as expected

Takes a little bit to get used to but a very welcomed change. This is second one I have bought. One for my son. He loves it too. No complaints at all

Great phone! the only thing is that some of the content can be cropped. Other than that and FaceID occasionally bugging out, it was a good purchase.
