As far as my knowledge of phone goes everything is fine. But not happy at all with info transfer.

First of all, I would like to say this is a GREAT, nearly PERFECT phone. There is not many flaws with it and it is a phone that is great for anyone looking for a phone that is quick, quality, and advanced. The iPhone X has a beautiful display, which shows clear and crisp photos, videos, etc.. The camera is one of the bests I've seen in a phone and takes any kind of damage well, especially with a case and screen protector. Face ID recognizes one very easily and is quick to do so even with certain accessories on. The phone is quick to do things and I've never had an issue with it freezing, lagging, etc. Only when it's at 1% but that's it. The battery manages to make it pretty much the whole day and charging it is quick. The speakers are also perfect and loud as they should be. The phone is the best phone I've ever had. However, there are a few flaws with this phone, the biggest one is how expensive this phone is. Don't get me wrong, this is a great phone, but $1,000 is way more than it should be. Phones shouldn't cost more than a PC, Computer, or Laptop as they do not offer the same experience as one, Computers offer a way better experience. This phone should've been priced for $600 - $750. I would recommend getting a used one instead for half of the price that it's retailed for. Now, Face ID, don't get me wrong, it's a great way for unlocking things, but however the issue is that it doesn't work very often and a downgrade to Touch ID. Touch ID was way faster and more reliable. If you're coming from an older generation iPhone, getting used to it could take a few days. The iPhone X is a beautiful phone despite it being overpriced, Face recognition may not be accurate, and it could take a while to getting used to. But despite all that, the phone is basically perfect and I've really had no big issues with it. Would I recommend it? Yes, I would, if you have the money then sure. But if you don't I would recommend getting a used one from OfferUp, LetGo, Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace, etc..

This was a great buy. We are Apple loyalists and waited for this phone to arrive. We like it very much!
