Had this phone delivered 11/3. Immediately went into a good case. It has never been dropped or even laid down hard. I noticed about 2 weeks ago the glass over the rear camera has a small crack in it ( does not effect pics). Apple says it is physical damage and wants to charge me 500 + to fix. Theres not a single mark of any kind on the phone. I have always enjoyed apple products and own many. But this will be the last iPhone for me. I expected better for a 1149.00 phone.

I’m used to iPhone plus and this is not plus. Good luck watching your videos with notch as an eyesore. If an app is trying to ignore the notch, then you are left with an awkward little box. Will keep my 6s plus and will wait for the plus version without a notch. Really disappointed here.

Stay away- Apple has completely missed the mark. It was just a matter of time before this happened- the Ten is not worth a third of what you will pay

The newer generations of iphone increases the quality of the camera

I’ve had apple products for years now and I have to say I’ve never hater or had as many problems with a phone as I do with this one. I miss my iPhone 8. The iPhone X gets hot when doing the most minimalistic things. I’ve had it replaced within 6 months first off the screen wasn’t installed correctly when I got it new, because It kept getting a purple line down the middle when the bottom was pressed. When it gets hot it freezes and sometimes stays stuck on a screen. The one time I spilled water on it, and mind you it’s supposed to be “water resistant” it decides to die on me. So I got the replacement and same issue! Glass casing gets hot continuously even just having the gps on. Horrible! Wish I never switched.

The iPhone X that I have received today is not brand new. It’s just an open box. I am not sure if it has any quality issues on it. I am disappointed with my purchase at Best Buy.

Overpriced and overrated. Apple craps their phones out on purpose and force you to use ICLOUD. Google Drive is way better.

Apple is no longer building quality products. You might say apple is putting an expiration date on its product. Say good bye to long lasting iPhones and iMacs. So, pay your hard earned dollars for an iPhone that is expected to fail shortly after its warranty and apple care runs out. Apple can do it because it has got you now, your trapped in apple’s stranglehold of its products and its going to take all your money before you can make it. Don’t worry they take payments.

IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD! I am constantly having problems with this thing. Some times the touch screen does not work, you can swipe and tap on it and nothing happens. It drops calls all the time. Save yourself some grief and buy a Samsung.

THE PHONE IS TRASH. 1000 dollars for utter garbage.
