Just upgraded from the 7 to the X on a whim. Seriously surprised at how much more I like it. The screen size is amazing and the camera blows away anything I’ve ever owned before. Don’t miss the home button one bit either! My OCD wishes the battery showed the percentage still without having to open the control center but that’s just being picky.

Everything as advertised. Great phone and pics. Still exploring the fun things to do. Only wish that Best Buy would have included activation instructions for my upgraded phone. I was able to figure it out on my own but it just would have made things a little simpler

I’ve been using this phone for the past month and I’ve already transitioned from using a home button to swiping up in It’s place. I’ve also gotten used to it’s size and speed, it’s unmatched in most of its specs to the iPhone 7 that I did have and I appreciated the help of the Best Buy employees that helped me get this phone.

PROS: -Blazing fast -Gorgeous OLED display -12MP dual-lens rear Camera, 7MP front camera -Face ID works pretty well CONS: -You'll have to take out a second mortgage to afford it -Some apps are still buggy, don't take advantage of full screen -It's a new style of phone, so the learning curve might be high for some JURY'S STILL OUT ON: -Battery life -Security -Durability I've had this phone for a little more than 24 hours now, and my initial thoughts are "wow". This phone is amazing! It's a beautiful phone to look at, what about the new features? How's not having a home button, for instance? Truth is, I'm starting to like it even more. Swiping feels more natural on this phone than clicking a button, and pulling out your phone to check a notification, and it automatically recognizes you and unlocks is really nice. I'd say it's quicker than having a fingerprint reader, but is it more secure? Apple says it is (1-50,000 chance of some random person getting into your phone with bio-metric scanner, to 1-1,000,000 with FaceID), but time will tell. It works as advertised. It even works in the dark. It does have difficulty on a flat surface, but for me, it's not a big deal. The display is AMAZING. Perfect blacks, without color over-saturation. It is very pleasing to look at. What about the battery life? It's hard to say. I have been able to get through an entire day's use with it, but since I have only had it for 24 hours, I can't tell you about long term. Apple says 21 hours of talk time, and 13 hours of internet time, and so far, I've had no reason to doubt that. Which goes into my next topic: durability. Will it last for a long time? At $1,000 it better be good quality, and being an Apple product, that's a safe assumption. The phone looks very well-built. Premium components went into this phone, and you can tell. It's water-resistant up to 3 feet, dust, scratch, and fingerprint resistant, as well. I've not tested it in water (and have no plans to), but from the surface, this phone is very solidly built. I'd still recommend getting a good case and screen protector, though (as I would with any new phone). Is it worth the extra money? Yes and no. It's a unique, but also a better experience than past iPhones, but if you really like Apple's style they've had since iPhone 6, and dead-set on keeping that style, you might not like the new one. Much of the hardware is similar in the X as it is in the 8+. The main selling points and differences on this phone is the OLED display, which, in my opinion, is the best on any phone, EVER, the rear dual-lens camera with optical image stabilization on both lenses (only one OIS on one lens on the 8+), and FaceID. If you don't need the extra goodies, then you'll be happy with the iPhone 8+, or at the minimum, the iPhone 8. But, if you're willing to drop the money for this phone, and you're ready for a new experience, I'd say you won't be disappointed. Great phone!

While it’s a new generation and there are many bugs still to work out, Apple is seeming to address them as soon as they’re discovered. The camera and it’s advanced depth sensors is a force to be reckoned with and I cannot wait till the bugs get worked out of that.

The iPhone X is a great upgrade to the iPhone. The increased use of space for the screen makes the screen looks beautiful. The facial recognition works flawlessly, and the phone is the perfect size. Would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to upgrade from a lower model phone, especially because the 8 is not much different from the 7.

This phone is a huge upgrade from my iPhone 7 Plus! Love the face that the phone is smaller but the screen is bigger than the 7 plus!

Have had for a month, works great no problems with facial recognition. I do not miss the home Button. no problems apple at its best.

X gets Win! Great camera , love size and holds charge nicely

We got this phone for my wife who is a serial iPhone user. She was moving from an iPhone 6 to this one. In the time that she has used it, she has had no complaints except that its a little on the heavier side. Camera is excellent and notch is not really a bother once you get used to it. overall, a solid apple product.

I was finally ready for an upgrade and was hesitant about switching from my iPhone 6 Plus. Worth the switch! I use my phone to watch TV shows, listen to music, take pictures and do all my work from it as well. Amazing speakers, quality camera and easy to use! I love my iPhone X and would recommend to anyone looking to switch.

The larger screen is great. The size of phone is perfect. Only bad thing is you have to learn how to do functions all over again.

It has some new features that are cool! I like the new emoji that uses your face and your voice! The kids can’t get enough of it!

Just a day in and I love the new phone. I am pleased with how easy Face ID works and have not experienced any issues with it thus far. I also think it is a tad quicker than the fingerprint from before. It feels very solid and the display is flat out amazing
