The adjustment from previous iPhones to the X was very short. I've really enjoyed the convenience of Face ID and the camera improvements.

We were long overdue for upgrades, decided to see what all the hype was about. Bye bye Samsung, hello IPhone 10 (X) 256GB. All we can say is WOW! Bought 2, a little pricey but very impressed with the looks, feel and features. Absolutely no regrets!

Bought the new IPhone X and Love it! When I first went in to Best Buy they were out , so the sales person told me there was a shipment coming in the next day. He was very helpful....the next morning I called and 1 came in and it had my name on it .

I’m really feeling my new phone at the moment. The look of the phone is really nice and easy to use.

I absolutely love my iPhone X. The camera is awesome and I love the face recognition feature. It was expensive but I feel it was well worth it.

my wife has always been a fan of iphone, she likes all the new upgrades from her iphone 6s. so there is a lot of improvements for her. face recognition is cool, im not a smartphone camera person, i like true cameras, but for her she likes some of the new features for the on board camera.

I have to say, Apple touch screen is far superior to most of the smart phone handset in the market, however Iphone have a long way to go in really making themselves unique. I got this phone at sell, I would not however pay the full initial price for this phone. The phone lacked a lot of functions that android phone has. iphone was the leader and its seem now the follower, if you like Apple, I would said go buy it when the price drop and hold on to your current phone. Its good at reasonable price, but for 999.99, its not reasonable.

Excellent camera and long battery life. Only thing not crazy about is that this phone is not compatible with new Sony headphones just purchased.

I use this phone for work and personal use. The screen quality, battery life, UI, weight and gestures work well. Lately the updates for the phone seem to introduce more nuanced issues that you sometimes wonder how we are not past this. Still a fan and can’t be too upset.

I’d say iPhone X has most of the same features other than the faceID. I love faceID and most importantly the camera. It takes amazing pictures.

The X is amazing ... just look at my phone and it obeys my commands lol ... no really the face recognition is off the charts. It works 99% of the time ... the other time I am doing something wrong ... like covering the lens with my finger ... moving out of in from it of the camera! For those who say it doesn’t work sometimes ... they are doing something themselves because like most Apple products this just works! NO phone is 100% perfect ... they ALL have flaws but this is pretty close! The future right before your eyes ... literally!!!

I recently traded up to the iPhone X from a 6+ and couldn’t be happier. The performance and facial recognition are amazing and work seamlessly.

Working in the automotive industry one of the few flaws i've had with my Plus was that It did not fit the wireless chargers in the vehicles. Just to clarify for anyone. The IPHONE X fits ALL CURRENT GM Vehicle Wireless chargers in their vehicles.

Love the apple X. Each series just gets better. This phone has superior sound, photos, scree, etc. It's fast, the battery life is good.

Takes a little getting use to great camera and awesome screen

So far so good! i'm sure it does so much more then i have begun to touch on but for the basics..talk...photo...fast searching and apps....i love it!

Apple continues to impress. In December I switched from the iPhone 7 Plus to a Galaxy Note 8. Being so ingrained in Apple's ecosystem (iPad, Apple TV, MacBook), I got frustrated and finally bit the bullet to switch back. I was skeptical about the face unlock, but it really does work seamlessly. The team at apple truly is the best at understanding functionality, as I was navigating without a home button like a pro within an hour (also something I was nervous about). Even this "late" in the iPhone X's life, I would still recommend buying it.

Overall enjoy the phone, Face ID works about 75% of the time so there’s not much to complain about

I fall in love with it! perfect size, beautiful color silver, nice photos, and video. it was not a sale :(. hope its sale with u soon :)
