Didn’t want to upgrade but my phone was messing up. I never get the newest thing out because I’m afraid of bugs and what not but I love this phone. Super sleek. Neat features. Love it!!

I love my iPhone X! I was a little hesitant at first with it not having a home button. But after 5 min I did not miss it at all. Face ID works great and it is super fast! I love it!

This is the best phone I have ever owned! I just switched from Android to iPhone. One thing that kept me from switching is that I never did like iPhone's physical home button. The iPhone X changed that. Honestly, I purchased this phone for the high quality camera. I sold a bunch of pro camera gear to buy it. Not only is the camera amazing, with a lot of features I've never even knew existed, the phone just plain & simply operates so smoothly. Pros: amazing camera, fluid like operation, everything just makes sense, phone is fast, screen auto adjusts to lighting conditions, dual speakers, phone call quality is fantastic, the colors are amazing, I liked how in case of emergency, help can access your medical conditions and blood type without breaking into the phone, apps operate smoothly, it's pocket-able, the screen size is perfect (not too small or too big), some apps have more built-in features on iPhone than Android, Cons: The only thing that I can think of at all is the price but then again, this is like carrying around a mini mac book pro in your pocket. If you're ever in the San Marcos TX area, go see Wesley on the weekends. He is their Apple expert. I don't think there is anything that he doesn't know. I went to him 2 weekends in a row asking him questions before pulling the trigger. It's one of the best purchases I have ever made and I'm an extremely frugal guy. I can honestly say that I feel good about the purchase. And for anyone interested in knowing this, because I wasn't sure of it myself, I purchased this iPhone unlocked and took it to my cell phone carrier Metro-PCS and it works amazing! My friend has an iPhone on Sprint and we've done tests side by side and mine beats his every time.

I love this phone! The battery life is better than I expected, the speed & quality of the screen & camera are great except for the hit or miss portrait mode on the camera. The gestures that take the place of the home button seem to be pretty intuitive. The Face ID works better than I thought it was but isn’t perfect. Overall if you are coming from an older phone ( I had an iPhone 5s) I would recommend upgrading!

Love the X!! The Face ID and augmented reality are very high tech. The camera is incredible. Love the wireless-charging feature.

Love the new interface. Easy to get used to. Great screen, picture, and video quality. The only downside is the steep price tag.

At first I was a little hesitant to buy this phone because it was it was so expensive but with the investment I had already made with apple I figured I would give it a try. I was not disappointed. While it is true that many of the touted features (face rec, wireless charge, etc) are a nice to have, they have been around for some time now. I, like thousands of others, are disappointed in the lack of a headphone jack but am making due with some bose earbuds I bought with it. At any rate, my initial feedback is good but I do not see the cutting edge technology that Apple is known showing up in this phone. Dont get me wrong, it is a great phone but so are the other phones in this "class" of premium phones.

Bought a 8 Plus and a X. The 8 Plus was the first product I ever recommended not to buy based on the price versus improvements. The X has more improvements but has even a higher price. I actually like the simple improvements and was easy to figure it out. ( I’m old and not tech savvy) If you have the money it’s nice

Best phone I have ever owned! Phone is easy to use and the larger screen is perfect for pics and videos. If you can get this phone please do, you won’t regret this purchase

It look a few uses to get use to the way this iPhone works. Its a little different then the other iPhones. Its fast and the camera is great not to mention the battery life

Yes that was my biggest reason to upgrade. Screen is bigger and is OLED super retina (ultra HD). You will quickly forget there is no home button. I like the gestures and swipes.the notch is okay too but when watching a video it gets in the way. The screen is slightly smaller than the 8 plus but I updraded from a regular iPhone 6 so I see a difference. I recommend it just for the screen. Everything seems sharper!

Worth it ... great upgrade... battery life is incredible.. smooth look and feel.. adjusted to no home button quick.. it’s easy to use and adjust to just buy it already ..

I am loving my new iPhone. It takes unbelievable pictures and video. Still getting used to no home button but I love that it doesn’t have one so I can have more screen.

I feel blessed to be able to have purchased this iPhone. Only the next program has made it possible. It is every thing I thought it would be. Super fast, sleek and fun.

I upgrade to a new iPhone every other generation and the X is the best upgrade I’ve experienced. I love the facial recognition feature; so much better then the finger ID. It’s a better phone, it’s a better camera, and the sound is improved as well. I enjoy the larger display area as well. Well worth the extra $ as I use it constantly; more then anything else I own. Oh yeah, battery life is better too!

I really love the access with face recognition. The pictures I have taken look amazing on this phone. The colors are so beautiful. Would definitely recommend IPhone X.

I like How the screen is big but the phone is that that big but because the screen is big it makes everything perfect I love the phone and everything aboutit is great
