An iPhone that is different from all the rest. Been with droid since 2008 and the transition wasn’t so painful.

Iphone X is a nice phone but takes some getting used to with no home button and having to use facial recognition or pass code. Swiping, closing and more are all different so don't expect to pick it up and use it like any other iPhone. Overall im very happy with the size and speed and would buy it again.

This totally was worth the wait and delivered on all expectations. Face recognition makes phone so easy to use.

Finally a totally new design on the iPhone X and I have to say I’m a fan. This iPhone looks and feels amazing!

Love the screen size and clarity, especially given my not so great up close eye sight. Kids want one now too.

I was a little reluctant to go back to Apple but I have been very happy with the iPhone X. The screen is great, phone is responsive, and I've adapted to the dreaded notch. Can't wait for IOS 13 to get dark mode. Battery life is great and everything has worked without issue.

The phone has it all and seems to work much faster than the last models. Easy to use. Carries your signal.

I love all the new features on the iPhone X especially the new Face ID. I no longer have to take off my gloves to type in passwords. The camera is amazing even in lower light. It has a great feel too with glass being on the front and back. I would definitely recommend upgrading from older iPhone.

I was super content with my old 5s and had no intention of upgrading, but very Glad I did. The picture quality is amazing!! Same similar functions as the old phone so it’s very easy to use, if you are familiar with the iPhone.

I’m a huge iPhone fan, and love the new features of this phone, especially wireless charging and FaceID

The facial recognition is extreme fast. It takes a little getting used to not having a home button after having had an iPhone 6 Plus for the past couple years. Easy to use I really like the IOS features and look forward to seeing what Apple plans to enhance the augmented reality capabilities.

I am delighted with my new iPhone X. I looked at it in March but did not purchase it, however, last week I decided to look at it again and I bought it. It is easy to use and has a lot a nice features, some of which I haven't even toyed with yet. All in all, I am glad I bought it.

Switched back to an iPhone. Great choice...how I’ve missed you apple product. Super great service from the Best Buy employee. I went with the iPhone X, it fits in my hand really well and it was actually very easy to transfer information from my old android to the new phone.

Most of the front of the phone being the display screen is a great new feature. It makes a lot of actions more pleasurable (watching movies/shows, looking at photos you take). It still occasionally freezes and glitches but nothing major. The camera quality is intense, super good.

I’ve been a huge Apple fan for a long time and this by far is one of my favoreites. I usually get the plus models but decided to try something a little more pocketable and I now am in love with the size and feel of this phone. As for Face ID, it has definitely grown on me.

I wanted the iPhone X ever since it came out last year, but I waited until the XS came out so I could get the X discounted. It was so worth the wait! Great camera quality, love FaceID, very intuitive interface, and so many features made even more amazing with iOS 12!

I am very pleased with my purchase. I wish for the price you got a charging pad and the air pods. However, I understand that Apple wants to be able to make money off of those products. I haven't upgraded since the iPhone 6 so this was a big step up for me and I am glad I did it.
