This phone is no better than my iPhone 6s was. The camera on the X is actually horrible! Much worse than my 6s, and that wasn’t great either. My Samsung from 7 years ago had a camera that was a million times better.

I have been having problems with the phone turning off on me and also with people hearing me.. I was also supposed to receive a certificate from Best Buy as part of the promotion and never received it!!!

I like iPhones, the only phone i’ve Ever owned. But i’ve Been having problems with this one. Recently downloaded the most recent update and now I get no sound when the phone rings, it vibrates that’s all.

I don't see much of a difference from iPhone 6 plus other than iPhone X freezes more often. If your iPhone 6 Plus or any other model is working, I would not advise to buy this over priced phone.

Cool features, but overall a bad design by Apple. The notch is dumb and the screen ratio is stupid for a phone. I wish I would have bought an iPhone 8 plus or waited for the next iPhone.

$1,200 for last years tech with such limitations that make the phone unimpressive. Used for about a week before I switched back to android

The iPhone X is by far the best iPhone yet. I personally think that it has a premium look and feel that beats competition. The lack of a home button took me less than a couple of times using it to get familiar with. The screen is gorgeous, and definitely brighter than previous versions. Using Face ID is a big step from Touch ID. Unlocking your phone is effortless. Unlocking your phone has never been more safe, or easy. I should say as well, that seeing it in person was far better than looking at video's and pictures. The iPhone X is worth the money!

I purchased this due to my want to merge in to the apple ecosystem shortly after they released it since they finally got rid of the big home button. Big and short lived mistake, it is literally a $1,000 toy that could barely do simple tasks and had horrible reception. Returned 3 days after purchase and will never buy another apple product again.. overpriced and over rated.

Many interesting bugs emerged for a flagship phone. Okay battery didn't blow up but Voicemail issues screen buggy on touch and zoom. Other than that it's pretty darn fast

I liked the iPhone X. However, I fell in love with the house IPhone XR when it came out. As I weighed the pro and cons of both phones the XR won.

I love the full screen - that's about the only positive I can say about this iPhone. I've had so many issues with the X. In fact - Apple had to replace the first X. Some of the same issues still remain - I'm just waiting until I can replace it this fall. For $1000 it should be perfect. Not what you expect from Apple. Apple, you can and should do better!

Apple has done really well coming out with two new phones at the same time. Starting off with the most eye-catching feature which is the 5.8-inch all screen iPhone without a home button. The screen is a super retina hd display. Brightness is certainly no issue. The screen has a fingerprint resistant coating which will protect the screen for a while if no screen protector is put on top. For the outside of the X it has a very sleek and quiet design. When you look at it you do not see any buttons sticking out and everything looks like it fits and nothing looks like it is not supposed to be there. Apple also helping with the occurring problem phones plus water. Making the X water, splash, and dust resistant. The X itself ways 6.14 ounces (174 grams) which is considerably light compared to how much power it contains. It contains a A11 bionic chip and runs on ios 11 for its operating system. That gives it the power it needs for you to be able to do just about anything you want on it. One of the major points is the camera. 12MP wide-angle and telephoto cameras with functions like face detection, portrait mode, portrait lighting, and for those that like to video. You are able to film in 4k resolution at 60fps all the way down to 24fps. As for the front camera, which also helps with one of the most notable features about the X and that is the faceID which allows you to unlock your iPhone X instead of using your fingerprint. The IPhoneX is a next step in our smart phone journey in this generation and will lead to many more great innovations.

Expected more from IPhone X. Phone freezes at time and will not add picture to send as text message; takes multiple attempts.

Screen saver for some reason unlocks horizontal when I closed phone vertical...hmm Wish I could swap out this phone for another.

I bought unlock i-phone X.. but when I try to use it with different company then they say it’s not unlocked ..I have to request them to unlock my phone...but there is no link I can find where can I go and unlock my phone...I pay too much but I do not get right product..

This phone has been replaced twice. It just stopped working. Third phone has been working for 3 months.

Hate it. I have had nothing but problems with it since my wife purchased it for me. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Not waterproof and easily breaks. One drop and the back shattered. Always have AppleCare.

Not a huge fan of facial recognition. Also the phone doesn’t really feel like it was worth $1000.

Too much hype and didn't deliver the hype I was expecting camera to be as good as Samsung's
