The phone is ok. I guess I don’t use all the features so I’m not seeing what all the hype is about

Pretty good for an iPhone. My soon hasn't destroyed it yet so that's a 1st for an iPhone.

I wanted to give it a chance, but I’ve had more screen glitches than with any other phone.

Only issue I have is that in 90 degree weather it tends to slow down and experience lag.

Great product and definitely would recommend to anyone.

Huge fan of apple and iPhone but I did not like the X. Too big and didn’t like design.

Face recognition is already not working, took away some good festures

Has problems sync with iCloud and also sometimes the screen freezes

Good: Face ID, speed, sound Bad: Display (not bright enough), harder to hold than a 6/6s/7/8 Face ID is brilliant and the phone works well, like an iPhone should. However, for all the hype, I find the display to much much dimmer (yes, all settings adjusted), than my iPhone 6s. Also, zoomed display is not an option (for us older folks who need it). I don't know if this is a show stopper for me, but paying $1200 and getting a less clear display is disappointing. The width of the phone make it harder to hold and use one-handed even though it's not that much bigger than a 6s/7/8. The notch and lack of a home button are no big deal. Easily mastered after a few minutes. All in all, it's a good upgrade from an 6s (except for the display), but I should have gone with an 8/8+.

I regret switching my plus model for the x, not worth it.

Great picture and over all phone. Price is outrageous.

Average Camera. Pixel 2 camera is way better. Just an overhyped brand. Android phones are way way better. If you are a kid and you like to show off, then maybe yes. This is the phone for you.

RETURNED THIS THE NEXT DAY. Changed to it from iPhone 7+ and regretted not getting the 8+. The X model is much skinnier to hold and maneuver after being used to the size/shape of the Plus. Returned for refund and purchased the 8+ Am very happy with it.

I have been using the iPhone for years. I have always recommended them. I haven’t had a problem with the iPhones until I got iPhone X. It locks up constantly. I am not happy with it

I love this phone! I had a 7+, and the phone was a little too big for me, but the regular, I felt was too small. This phone is the perfect size for me to use one handed. Love the display, and of course the Face ID. You literally just look at your phone and swipe up! I also love the Animoji of course!

I have had every iPhone since the 3gs. I MISS THE HOME BUTTON not at all a fan of Face ID the typical improvements of the phone are nice. The only reason I gave it to stars is I'm an apple fanboy.

I don't know what the big deal is with iPhones I think they're hard to use there's no back button there's not a way to look at the previous apps you've been using Android is just a far superior

Although it is a good phone, but you can have a SAMSUNG one with better specs and quality for about $400 less.

The 10yr anniversary phone is the best iPhone ever made. Usually when you buy a new iPhone, you quickly feel at home and the new smart phone feeling last for about a day. Everything is very similar from the previous phone. But now that the home button has been removed. If really feels like a new iPhone! Learning how to use it with the new gestures and not having to use the finger scan is what really drives this new phone. The new screen (Samsung made) is definitely what Apple should have been using years ago. You wont be disappointed on this purchase if you are wondering if the iPhone X lives up to the hype.
