I purchased this phone 24 hours ago and I had to return it today. The OLED screen was putting stress on my eyes which gave me bad migraine headaches. Had to return it but beware of the $35 restocking fee if this happens to you

There is nothing special about this phone at all. The camera is actually sub par unless lighting is absolutely perfect which defeats the purpose. This is the iPhone that is making me consider android.

This is the worst iPhone I’ve owned. It is slow and it lags. Best Buy can’t take it back as it has been more than 14 days. Apple has a case open and I’ve supplied crash logs to them. I want a new phone.

I was told at the store that AT&T would waive the activation fee but when I called AT&T they said this was incorrect and the store should not be saying this.

I bought iphone X which had a microphone problem and then i exchanged it to another one. Unfortunately the other one also had dents like old phone. I doubt the quality.

I am very disappointed with this one as it was a gift and was an unlocked new from Bestbuy and when I gave it to my friend we found out the phone will not be able to charge.

I bought phone from best buy. Iphone x . I paid $1150 and they told me it is unlock bur it is not unlock.

This phone isn't worth the price tag. You are paying for face ID, which isn't as good as touch ID.

Best Buy allowed these phones to be bought under my AT&T account. These items were stolen

should stick with Samsung. Apple phones do not have equal quality at all.

this iphone is the the key to future inovation way ahead of its time but perfect for real time events this year has been a roller coaster for alot of corparations world wide this device should be the connection for all entitys having to connect merge or incorporate using single platform implemented into the new iphonex

Used Samsung as well as Nexus. Didn't last long (Just 1 year). Currently using Iphone 6 and its been 2 & 1/2 years and so far no problem with it. And thats the reason I am going for "X".
