I have mixed reviews. While the display and added features are awesome...I’m concerned about bringing back the glass on both sides design. I understand the need for the glass for wireless charging but if apple isn’t going to include a wireless charger why bother? I’m also a bit annoyed with the removal of the headphone jack. An adapter is provided but now you have to choose between using headphones or charging your phone. The alternative would be to buy wireless headphones (which are not included).

Such a great upgrade to my very outdated iPhone 5. I was worried it would be difficult to get a hang of it, but it was actually very simple and, after watching a couple of brief youtube videos, I would say I was almost 100% functional as compared to my old phone.

I had an iPhone 6s Plus but my digitizer went bad. Went with the X because I didn’t want to wait for the XR. It’s much better than I expected and the price point was fair as opposed to the newest model. Most reviews for the Xs model didn’t note much change from this model.

Take a little getting used to but after the adjustment from the plus, I am glad I made the purchase

Nice design, good screen size. There are a few technical issues that can become annoying or tedious. Overall good phone

My 4th iPhone (had original, 3, 5 and now X). Apple continues to amaze with their kaisen (continuous improvement). The quality of the design, the feel, functionality, speed, screen clarity, user interface all combine to provide the user with an outstanding piece of mobile technology.

Apple comes through again! The Apple X is everything I thought it would be and more! Great device!

Upgraded from a 6 Plus and there is no comparison! I think skipping an upgrade cycle makes the technological improvements quite a bit more noticeable. Face recognition is working very well, I'm working on multiple self photos so I can fire up the phone while wearing sunglasses!

Still was using a 6. Waited a few gens till something different came out. Good overall phone so far

I would’ve given the phone 5 stars if it weren’t for the ridiculous price!!!! The phone is great & has obvious upgrades but none that truly justify the price tag!!!!

So far so good. It’s way faster than iPhone 8 and just as easy to use. Only negatives are price and the headphone Jack

The iPhone X has been fun to use. The Facial recognition is faster than I thought it would be. The learning curve has been minimal. Haven't played around with the camera much as yet but it has been nice thus far.

Great upgrade from the iPhone 6 that I had. Photo quality is superb and new features are awesome.

I miss the Home button at times but the facial recognition is so nice and accurate. The camera and display are excellent.
