Great phone and very fast. Sound quality is good. I really wanted to give it a 4 but understand that change is necessary to move forward. I will always miss my old button and finger print.

Great phone , especially love the gesture based navigation, I can never go back to a home button physical or software. It’s very fluid. iOS 11 is a little buggy but is constantly improving.

I love iPhones and have had them for about 4 years now. All the software and hardware about the phone continues to upgrade and keeps up to date with consumers demands. Although this is a great phone and the water resistant feature is great, after about 2 weeks, it was already cracked. They may want to invest in some more heavy duty glass.

For phone a bit smaller than my old phone but works really good

I have had my iPhone X for a month now and I love it. For someone who loves Touch ID, the Face ID took some getting used to. Other than that, hopefully this is the direction Apple is going in.

This is my first Apple phone and I love it! I've always had Google phones before and I'm an Apple computer person. This new purchase couldn't be more of exactly what I was looking for!

I higher recommend the glass protector for your phone. It’s so clear that you can not notice it on the phone but it protects the screen from breaking and it has a lifetime warranty

Upgraded from iPhone 6, very easy to operate and Great camera!

This was such a step up. Love the portrait feature. An incredible phone. I do miss the button but I have adjusted. I also miss the fingerprint scanner instead of face recognition.

I love this phone. That being said it is still an iPhone. Software is mostly the same. Gestures takes some learning. And I am not the biggest fan of the glass back. Still an awesome phone

No issues with this model until the 3rd year when a few random issues with connection/drops and occasional randomly pink tinted screens appear.

This phone does everything that every other apple phone does but just a little quicker. If you have the money to throw around, then I guess this would be a good purchase for no one to notice that you have the latest and greatest.

This phone is as advertised. There is a bit of a learning curve because you no longer have the button on the bottom. But just like any Apple product it is intuitive and easy to figure out.

I was hesitant at first when switching from note 8 but after switching my only issue is the size of the phone. I like the size of the note but everything besides the size has been great

I had a great experience with Sprint rep at store, this phone fits all my needs from photos, videos, and connectivity with all other apple products while one the most updated OS.

Best Buy is the best place to buy phones, the girls love these devices. Very high quality, Apple is always pricey, but they hold there resale value better than any other phone.
