Again letting Best Buy set up your device can lead to problems. Wish i had just purchased it and went home. I could have backed up my old phone using iTunes and not lost 75% of my data. Its been terrible and a HUGE waste of time trying to get my data back from iCloud

Best iPhone since launch in 2007! I’ve had many models and finally apple set the bar high again with the “X.” Highly recommend!

iPhone 6s finally quit working while on a work trip to DC, went to the BEST BUY right down the street and I absolutely love this one.

Different from what I used too but overall a great phone. Bit of a learning curve tho but super worth it. Apple did great on this one.

First time using an apple phone. Which is a lot different than Samsung which I still prefer. One good thing I love is that you can get any items from your apple products to your phone. This is helpful when you left an important paper on your laptop.

Well I bought the iPhone X thinking it would be a good change. I gave it 2 stars because I did kinda like the camera it had, but I was looking for more then just that. I've always had Samsung, but honestly it was a mistake. A week after having the phone I didn't like the fact the couldn't listen to music. Then the fact that it only has one outlet which either you put the phone to charge or you listen to YouTube. The phone was a lot smaller then I thought. So after the week I went back in and bought the Galaxy Note 9. In love with it. Sorry apple maybe your just not for me.
