I upgraded from an IPhone 6splus, and I couldn’t be happier. The size of the screen and the slim lines of the phone are awesome! The camera takes phenomenal photos! I can’t wait to see what other features I’m missing!

iPhone X is the best phone Apple has made. Face ID is the best

I've been with Apple and iPHones for most of the generations. So I'm used to the functionality and nothing surprises me. With this new edition, I love the enhanced resolution of the video and pictures. The camera is quite better than its predecessors, but I figure that's what is expected from Apple with them competing with Samsung and others. The thing that I'm getting used to is the lack of home button on the face. Instead, Apple has the user swiping up from the bottom. The Face ID has it's faults such as not recognizing the face to its full capacity when it's dark or I have sunglasses on. I think there are minor tweaks I can make to the settings. All in all, I like the phone and continue to use Apple iPhones over the others.

The new iPhone is great. Portrait mode for the camera is awesome. However, the GPS does not pick up my exact location which is frustrating when I use it to drive

I really like the iPhone X. Plenty of memory, fast processing, all the great iPhone apps. Really like face recognition. Display is amazing. Now that I’ve gotten used to the navigation (no Home button) I like it better.

So glad I made the choice to get this phone. Best phone ever.

This is actually the second iPhone X I buy. The processor is pretty fast and the cameras take great pictures. I use this phone for work and sometimes I need to record and take pictures. I couldn’t be happier.

Absolutely loving this phone. Super fast, smooth, and sexy!!

This is my first iPhone and i absolutely love it. So easy to use and it doesn't stop pleasantly surprising me. In addition to a very easy toggle between apps my most favorite feature is the camera.

At first I was hesitant about the iPhone X having no home button but after using it for a day, it seemed completely intuitive. The battery life and camera quality are also a lot better as well as a better screen.

My last iPhone was the 6, so I was ready to upgrade and I have to say I LOVE my iPhone X. There were a lot of questions about Face ID, but after using my phone since launch, I can verify that it does work as simply as demonstrated. The feature I love the most however is the battery life. I always felt the Plus iPhones were too large for my pockets and grip, but this one is just right - and b/c of the midway size increase, the battery life with average use lasts me up to 2 days between charges. That means the battery should last twice as long! FYI I replaced my iPhone 6 battery after about 2 years, so this is a great deal. Strongly recommended! Best iPhone yet!!! Wasn't sure I wanted face recognition, but it was easy to set up and I love it! I'm still learning my X; some things are different for sure. And it is pricey! But I'm pleased with clarity of screen, camera, etc. so far.
