When my hand-me-down iphone 5 wouldn’t hold a charge vey long and I was going on a trip where I wanted a better camera and more storage, I chose this phone for features, easy of use, compatibility (with my ipad) and good sale price.

Waited a few months to acquire the iPhone X after some of the hype died down. Enjoyable user experience, love the updates. Functionality like no home button, is easy to get used to. All phones worth having are expensive nowadays so the price doesn't bother me, it's a computer in your hand that you spend the most time on and they're starting to charge as such. Best camera on an iPhone yet, but still doesn't compare to an Android. Every time I travel somewhere nice like Europe or Dubai, Apple cameras annoy me, but I can live with it otherwise since I already had all previous iterations. Large beautiful screen with crisp picture. If you have no Apple loyalties shop around, but this works for me and the Apple ecosystem connectivity that I continue to consciously buy into. At the end of the day, you have to chose a brand and Apple works for me.

This phone takes the most amazing pictures. It work really fast at processing.

Upgraded from an iPhone 7 —and really like this new phone. I like that the physical size is similar but the screen utilizes the entire screen (no borders). The facial recognition is great and the camera is amazingly good.

I love my new iphone X! I know some people say apple products are overrated but I love this phone. Its a new, different experience. The face ID works great as well as the wireless charging. Also love all the screen on a normal size phone. A+!

I had bought the iPhone 8 Plus thinking their might be some major issues considering this was a big redesign not just for the hardware but the UI software as well. Man was I completely wrong and thank goodness my stepdaughter had an upgrade due. This phone is amazing and the new UI is great. Very fluid motions and beautiful screen. A must buy for a tech lover.

Ordered it for my brother who insisted on upgrading from his 6S Plus. Definitely has better camera and screen even compared to my 7. Liked the full screen as well, with location for Control and Notification Center in each side of the top notch. Though after using 7, it feels bit heavy and is obviously thicker. Price is a big point to consider. The offers from Best Buy and Sprint made this purchase possible.

Ive had every iphone that has came out after the 3G , and i mist say “ that i really do love this phone “ ! Especially the face recognition! I no longer have to use my fat large thumb multiple times to get into my phone . Just a simple tap to turn on ,or the phone itself knwoing you picked it up and looking at it . So that it unlocks! I love it !

very fast processing, excellent pictures and screen, deceivingly large screen. I went from a 7 to the X, it is a bit larger and harder to handle with one hand, but the trade offs for the quality of phone are worth it.

I've been with Apple and iPHones for most of the generations. So I'm used to the functionality and nothing surprises me. With this new edition, I love the enhanced resolution of the video and pictures. The camera is quite better than its predecessors, but I figure that's what is expected from Apple with them competing with Samsung and others. The thing that I'm getting used to is the lack of home button on the face. Instead, Apple has the user swiping up from the bottom. The Face ID has it's faults such as not recognizing the face to its full capacity when it's dark or I have sunglasses on. I think there are minor tweaks I can make to the settings. All in all, I like the phone and continue to use Apple iPhones over the others.

iphone x has fantastic screen quality, marked improvement on other models for photographs. It's easy to use and the design is beautiful as most apple products are. Great battery life compared to previous models.

If you can stomach the cost, the X is amazing for taking pics. The screen is so big now that it doesn't have the home button and such so it's great for watching video but the camera is the real deal. stunning.
