I maybe had this for a few weeks when it started tearing. Not the best

It feels good in the hand because of silicone. But in about two months, the silicone from the bottom cutout strips itself and the phone looks like you have been chewing it.

I love the look and feel of this case. It was perfect until a couple of months of the phone going in and out of my pocket it started to create little tears on the bottoms of the case.

Case quality is horrible. When it breaks down, and it will, Apple will not honor their warranty

Does not give a full charge I got two bars at max not s good product would not recommend

There are better cases out there. Consider this case tour last option.

This case makes it difficult to use the phone one handed because it is so smooth. The phone slips out of my hand. Looks nice tho. Go with tech21.

I am an Apple fan thru and thru but you get to a point where you have to call the fouls as you see them -- this case is one example. I purchased it back in December and by June/July the silicone was literally chipping off in chunks, leaving just exposed microfiber or whatever is molding the shape of the case. I reached out to AppleCare and explained what happened and they basically said that it is only warrantied against defects that you would be able to see right out of the box -- so the case chipping off is considered normal wear and tear, although I've purchased A LOT of phone cases and NONE have chipped off in chunks like this. For a company like Apple this is disheartening, frustrating and embarrassing that they would manufacture something like this and not even stand behind it.

I only had the case for about a week when the corners on the bottom of the case broke off, exposing the hard plastic shell. It was surprising to see this happen considering I had just gotten my iPhone X and was very careful with it. Very disappointing when you take into consideration the quality you get with other Apple products.
