I have used higher end smartphones since 2012 and I am using an iPhone XS Max as my primary phone. I bought this iPhone XR for my dad, and I have used it for a couple days before handing it to my dad. I would say this is an amazing phone because of the smoothness of iOS, great cameras and battery life. Even though the LCD screen on XR is not as good as the OLED screen on my XS Max, I would say you will be ok with that unless you have other higher phones in hands. My dad is also loving his new phone too even though he needed time to get use to iOS. If you are not a hard core smartphone user like me, I highly suggest this phone over Xs. In addition, the Best Buy online tool made my purchase easy! It has a much better web interface than AT&T, which is carrier I am on.

I love this phone. Being able to open it by looking at it is so much easier than having to punch in a pass code. The camera is amazing and the size makes it much easier to type messages. The quality of screen graphics is terrific as well. Can't go wrong with this phone--it is so easy to use.

We hold onto our phones. A long time. By the time we gave up the 6S it was tired. The Xar is faster, has an amazing camera (although we won’t be trading in our dslr) and one we got used to not having a home button - it is even easier to use.

Overall this is a great phone. Takes really nice photos and video. Excellent screen resolution and easy to use. It is a little on the heavy side but that seems to be the case with a lot of the newer phones out there.

I like the new iPhone XR, I like the fact it has a bigger screen area. I also like it because it does not have the home button. you just swipe to get rid of the screen that you are on. it is much easier to use.

went from a 6S to the new XR. I like the ease of operation, the Especially fond of the lack of a button. Face log in is great.

What can I say...Beautiful huge screen, Hellah easy to use, fast processor and I’m coming off a 6s so this is a GREAT phone

The Large Screen is Great. Lots of Options. Easy to use. High Quality Photos and Videos. Very Clear Sound.

The phone is a definite upgrade from my 7 plus. Although I feel like the screen seemed bigger on my old phone this one does have a nice full screen. It moves a lot faster when searching the internet on safari. I can get use to the ease of navigating.

Have followed I-phone through every other new generation now. I’m sold on ease of use, Great Cameras, and ease of use over all. Guys at Best Buy were great. Made for a quick and easy upgrade. The only con so far was I purchased this new one without handeling it. I didn’t get the + on previous models before because I just don’t need a massive screen. Don’t need or want a two handed typing set up. This version at the smaller screen size is just bigger. Yes resolution is awesome. Video playback is great. But cramping thumb and more phone drops adjusting to screen size just isn’t what I wanted. Guess I should have stuck with the 8s. Again the 4 star was just because I was unaware of sub $800 iPhone option with the better camera/stuff with the same ol 6-8 dimensions

I love my new I phone XR. The camera is amazing! You can take a picture and zoom in on the picture and it's still perfectly clear! I love how everything is easy to use and I love the size of it. It's big enough to watch any video on it really clear and yet still fits in my back pocket.
