My wife chose this phone upgrading from a iPhone 6. Battery life was her biggest complaint. The XR is bigger than the 6 and obviously with new tech functions. The Best Buy employee set the phone up and except its a different phone with newer capabilities, the transition to the new phone was virtually painless. I am glad that she is happy with her new phone.

I love the battery life on this phone. I don't think I've ever seen my battery level go lower than 60%. BUT one thing I did notice when I first got it is that this darn phone is slippery! The sides and rear surfaces are so smooth that it sometimes slides as you hold it in your hand and it ever so slowly slides off of anything you place it on. Apparently, many others have had similar "sliding phone" issues. A case fixed that problem for me but it really is a design issue that should be addressed. (Keep in mind that you'll need a case that allows wireless charging for the QI charger.) The smooth surfaces look beautiful but in the real world they're not very practical.

The XR is the best i-phone I've ever owned and I've had a few. The camera is excellent. Swiping took a bit to get used to since there is no home button, but after a day or so it was easy.

Unsure about switching phones. Never an easy task, however, the functionality of this phone versus my old one is so much better. No home button, no problem, the swipe and go is easier.

New iPhone screen is bigger than old model and processes MUCH faster. Good clear screen and sound.

Moved back to iPhone after a number of years. Screen size is nice and the bezel is not as some of the reviews make it out to be. IOS takes some time getting use to after being on Android. can go all day with out a charge. Worth the money.

Got this phone for my son...he upgraded from an Iphone 7. He was so excited was happy they had this color in stock. We also switched to AT&T from verizon due to the B1Gi promo so got a great deal! Despite having issue porting the #'s over we finally got it squared away and now everyone is loving their new phones and unlimited service. Best Buy cell phone team was awesome!

Great phone, you get the power of the same processor that's in the iPhone XS but at a lower price point. The XS does have a better camera, an oled display, and a bit more memory, but this is a fantastic value for the price.

This phone is really fast and reliable to use most app’s... though google maps does freeze from time to time with this phone. Only call out is that the glass frame really is quite heavy and requires 2 hands most of the time to text

I went from an iPhone 6s to an iPhone 10XR and it was a pleasant upgrade. The XR has a great camera, a larger screen and everything seems to just be all around better than the 6s. The only thing I don’t like, is the fact that facial recognition doesn’t work if your lying down and the phone is a little too big for my hand (I’m a 1 hand texter). overall, I like the 10XR. The pros definitely outweigh the cons.

I’ve been on Android forever. I had never owned an apple device. I really like this phone. The screen, don’t believe the internet, it looks great and the size is in the sweet spot.

For its price, this phone is amazing. High quality display and camera, large screen with small bezels for a minimalistic look and practical size for one handed use, and plenty fast. Facial recognition also works like a charm.

iphone XR is a 2nd bigger model in current iphone versions. Its good big and handy for people who like bigger screens. Iphone XS is smaller by 3" to this. FaceID is pretty good, i did not feel a necessity of a cover to this though i have a privacy screen added. Rest all feature is good as of now, will post updates if i find any problems

My wife upgraded to this phone from a iPhone 6s Plus. She says it’s much easier to hold and use in one hand. We’ve especially noticed the great battery life as well.

This is for my kid and replaced an older phone. The iPhone XR works well and made him happy to be able to have plenty of storage and battery life

When looking for upgrade for my wife's iPhone 6s Plus. We selected the iPhone XR due to the screen size that was comparable to 6s Plus. She is absolutely amazed at the battery life and overall look of this new iPhone.

I love the new features that the iPhone XR offers. The bigger screen is very useful for reading. I also like the facial recognition feature. However, I'm not thrilled about having to buy an adapter to use other headphones other than the ones included. I've got to have special headphones due to the amount of running and sweating I do. Spending $800 on a phone and then having to buy a headphone adapter is ridiculous.

I love the red backing. The edge to edge screen is great. Whereas it doesn’t have the best picture taking capabilities, it does all I need. I enjoy the wireless charging and Face ID capability

I bought this phone with 256GB of storage space mainly because I take lots of photos and videos and needed the extra strorage space. The other reason I bought it is because I like the camera, it takes nice quality photos and also record video in 4K. It serves as a great camera and as a phone at the same time. It’s lightweight and I haven’t had any issues with using it in making/receiving calls, texting or browsing the internet with it. I would highly recommend this phone to anyone looking for a budget phone and won’t have to spend over a thousand bucks like other high end phones out there.

I bought it for the extra battery life. And I’m happy with that. The size still works for me for single-handed operation and for caring in front pants/jeans pocket. The extra screen size is a bonus that’s well worth it
