They just get better. They are slippery, so get a case pdq. Buy your cell phones from Best Buy for a much more satisfactoruy experience. NO hardsell, fast talking double talk. When you leave you will know what you've bought and how much it cost.

This was an exchange - the original NEW phone purchased day before had some wonky stuff going on with the camera. Best Buy tech team evaluated and determined a replacement was warranted (duh!) But all was taken care of and we have had no issues since. Thanks BB

This is A Great Apple Product. The only Disadvantage is that it does not have a Home Button. Which I have Grown Accustomed to.

The screen on this phone is great, but can’t see a great difference from the 6S I had previously. The camera takes great pictures but I haven’t had a chance to try all the editing features yet. I am most impressed with the battery life. I am not on my phone constantly, but with the battery set to low power mode it last me for 48 hours between charges. It takes about 3 hours to fully charge with the lightning connector. Tried the charging pad but the phone kept sliding off of it so I returned it.

Not new to I phones so the transition was easy and some of the new features makes it easier to use.

Great phone the main downfall is no literature such as owners manual comes with anything anymore battery life holds up great

Bought for a son going off to college. He had used it for all sorts of uses for personal use and as required by college. He’s probably dropped it a few times. But thanks to a case and screen protector it’s still working great.

I love the new phone and it was easy for my Best Buy salesperson to transfer my info right when I made the purchase. For 30 years I had bought my phones at Verizon this was the first time I bought one at Best Buy. They did a great job. Better than Verizon IMO and I kept my plans.

I upgraded my iPhone 6 plus to the XR with 256gb memory because my old phone was having storage issues(only had 32 gb) with all the music and pictures I had. This phone has plenty of storage and has lots of neat features. I especially like the face recognition feature.

Major upgrade over the 5S. Everything is working well. Only negative is a continuous false notice that storage is full.

I love my XR, I just wish it was smaller. It is very user friendly and intuitive if you're used to Apple products.

It’s a straight forward user interface. The transition to no home button took a few days but now I’m fine with it. Still not too keen on the Face ID having to actually look at the phone to open it can be harder in some situations then just doing a thumb print.

Finally decided to upgrade my phone to the newest iPhone out there and I have not been disappointed. I like this phone a lot. Haven't encountered any problems and it was a smooth transition, even from my iPhone 6S!

Hey, it’s Apple, you know it’s good. We’ve been using Apple/Mac products for years. Setup is easy, and all devices seamlessly connect with each other. Quite pricey, but this is one of the few times you get what you pay for.

I always go to Bestbuy for all my cell phone needs, great prices and service. iPhone XR is awesome!!

Bought this phone for my daughter she loves it, picture is totally clear and the color is popping!

The pictures that you can take is awesome! Even works best at night! Enjoy the phone because of it.

I like the phone. Seems decent. I do miss the “home” button from previous iphones.

This is a good phone and feels like any other apple device the size is good but may get bulky depending on the case
