I have been an Android or Microsoft user for more than 20 years on cell phone. I have decided to try the ios operating system for the Apple. I absolutely love it. I recommend buying this iPhone.

Bought this phone for my mom. Setup went very smoothly. She uses Siri all the time to make calls ,et reminders, and send texts. It has also helped her keep track of taking her medication.

I wanted my mom to be able to use a touch screen because she has a lot of arthritis in her hands. This is lightweight, has good sound and a usb portal which her Mac does not. This was a very price friendly option and she like it a lot.

Great battery and great machine, but too big. If I could get a Galaxy S9 with iOS, that would be perfect.

I love that all my new apple products I got for Christmas all link together. I love that I can answer my phone from my Smart watch when I am upstairs doing laundry and my phone is downstairs.

My son uses this phone and says it's good. He went from a Galaxy to this and is quite happy

The difference is night and day. Ive found that with Iphone you dont have all of the garbage apps in comparrison to Samsung. Apple has a better turn around time if something were to happen. I pay $30 for a cracked screen and $100 for anything else.

good phone for being a entry level iphone it has a lot of features

The iPhone XR has all of the great features I have come to expect from iPhone plus extras and additions that make it an overall improvement. The only thing I can note as a con so far is that the speaker sound when playing music could be improved.

This is yet another great updated, better iphone! Easy to use, screen is clear, camera is amazing.

Favorite part is face I'd. Snap chat camera is too close though- heard this complaint from others too

Wanted to buy my step daughter a new iPhone for Christmas and Best Buy had a great deal on the XR. So far it has been great. I have not heard any complaints from my step daughter. Ended up helping my dad get one as well.

This is my first smartphone. I was apprehensive about making the switch but after finally getting my Verizon account loaded I am finding learning how to use it has not been difficult. I still have a way to go but am making progress.

I was nervous about transitioning to a phone that had no center button. My guy at Best Buy gave me the best hands on tutorial and I was comfortable with my new phone and its functions as soon as I left the store.

Screen is smaller than iPhone 7plus, but the quality is good. Camera is better than previous models.

Overall not bad but XS is much better would go for that model

Our grand daughter purchased this(Verizon 2 yr contract), she is 15 yrs old and she loves it.

Phone was purchased for my wife, who is not very tech savvy. Best Buy technician transfer all her files, and took the extra time to explain all the new features. My wife walked away with a working knowledge and use of her new phone.

‘Santa’ bought this for my son. It replaced his 6s. He couldn’t be happier. I don’t know much about the features.....but he says it is “way better” than his old 6s and his cousin’s 8s.
